Bought a gladiator service from Cakeboost and I’m really happy! Here’s my story:

I’m a pvp player myself and the only thing I was concerned of is Gladiator achievement and exclusive drake mount. I tried to get it with the lfg but it was really hard not gonna lie we could barely climb higher than 2100 rating and it’s really annoying to change teams all over again because it takes time to get some kind of synergy. By the time went I didn’t have much time to play due to my work so I decided to use boosting service.

That’s how I found Cakeboost.
I was a little bit suspicious about their services because I saw few negative reviews about refunds process but they explained to me what happened exactly with unsatisfied customers.

Once I started to chat with them they didn’t only inform me about gladiator service but explained all the details of ban chances and what’s the best way to get gladiator as piloted not to get caught because as I mentioned before I had no time due to my night shifts.

The payment method I was using was Stripe which is a safe card payment.
So I paid and they immediately started to level and gear my character. On top of that I was able to chat with a booster and got daily updates on my current order which is really convenient.

The whole gladiator service with the gearing was completed within 2 weeks after I placed my order. I also had a chance to witness the stream from my characters point of view so I learnt a lot while watching the stream.

I can't describe how happy I am now and really really recommend Cakeboost to everyone! They are really professional and stick to their words! Will use them for my futures orders for sure!

I bought wow TBC classic gladiator boost for season 2 at the price of $5100.

Things were going fine at the start of the season. we were doing 2v2. The booster's account is getting geared and my account was getting geared, and team rating was climbing to gladiator cut gradually. However, one week before the season end, the booster's account was banned and I was not at gladiator cut yet. They tried to transfer other characters to my realm to complete the order, but the players they bring are so bad, that they are not able to reach gladiator cut no matter what. I didn't get gladiator at season end. After negotiation, they want to refund me $1000. Yes, that's right. I had to pay for the $4100 when 1) the booster's account was banned 2) I did nothing wrong 3) I didnt get gladiator. (BAN #1)

But what can I do? All the money was trapped in their service. All I could do was agree. So I sent an email to their email requesting that $1000 refund on Jan/29/2022. Almost one month later on Fed/23/2022, they reached out to me in discord, saying that, because of the Ukraine war, Russia was getting sanctioned. Because of the section, their bank is not able to refund me anymore at this moment, and I have to wait for the sanctions to go away, which basically means I will never get my money back.

However, I still kept my hope up. In the following two months, I kept chatting with them asking for their bank status. All their replies are "we heard nothing yet from the bank."

Eventually, after two months, I was getting impatient, and I came up with an alternative solution that they will provide me arena rating boost in the upcoming TBC classic season 4 to cover that $1000 refund. They agreed and their arena rating boost starts in the first week of season 4.

They logged on to my account on Saturday or Sunday and started playing on Tuesday as soon as the new season starts. One day later on Wednesday, 1 day before Sunwell Plateau release, my account was banned. (BAN #2) Just to remind you, this is the 2nd ban I witness for the $5100 I paid. Booster's account was banned. And then now I am banned.

At this point I am speechless. The only way to proceed is the $1000 refund again. I kept asking in discord about refund status and their response became slower and slower. The last time I asked on Tuesday, they replied to me on Saturday, 4 days after I asked, saying the bank is closed on Saturday. This is getting ridiculous lmao.

And then I come to Trustpilot to check the negative reviews... Apparently, John Skete got the same refund scam treatment. He asked them for a refund on Apr/24/2022 and they promised him a refund within 2-4 weeks. :)

UPDATE 6/2/2022: Looks like they got John Skete's 1-star review taken down. After I posted the review, they approached me saying that they will try to find a way to refund me in an alternative way. Four days passed. Not a single word from customer service.

UPDATE 6/15/2022: Got an email from trustpilot, saying that cakeboost trying to frame this review as a review for wrong business - epiccarry, which I have never heard about lmao. quite ridiculous because I have been talking with them the whole time lol. this is 100% review for cakeboost.
