Il m'a été indiqué une liste de pièces qui conviendrait. J’ai donc commandé. Il s'avère que ça ne convient pas du tout. Je précise que la livraison était gratuite au vu du montant du prix des pièces. Donc je prends contact avec eux de façon à renvoyer les pièces. Ils m'ont remboursé le montant de la commande moins les frais de livraison. D’autant que la faute me m’incombe pas puisqu’ils m’ont assuré que les pièces se monterait sans problème.
Pour ma part c'est la première fois que je vois ce type de procédure.

A éviter, de très mauvaise foi, pour preuve voir réponse.

Comunicazione pari a zero, non rispondono a nessuna Email o telefono, sto cercando di comunicare con loro per un reso che ho fatto, e che risulta gia riconsegnato, ma nessun segnale da parte loro. L'unico telefon a cui hanno risposto una sola volta, e' quello dell'officina che ovviamento ti ribalza dicendo che non puo' passare la linea e avvisera' . servizio pessimo ....... RISPOSTA ALLA RISPOSTA. Controllate bene perche mi avete scritto voi dopo che io ho chiamato in officina. Non mi invento nulla. E comunque un rivenditore che non ha un linea diretta con i cliente è assurdo .

ANCORA NESSUN RIMBORSO!!!! DOPO 8 GIORNI DALLA RICEZIONE DEL PEZZO .....

consegna nei termini indicati al momento dell'ordine e i prodotti sembrano di buona qualità

Non è la prima volta che compro su questo sito,ottima scelta,prezzi in linea con i concorrenti ma servizio superiore.

Les produits sont indiqués être compatible avec le modèle de la moto (grille de phare et support de fixation) mais il s avère que le produit nécessite des modifications pour etre installé
Aucune notice de montage, et le SAV refuse les aides a distance (meme en fournissant des photos) et nous dit gentiment de nous débrouiller
Le site en fait sont des italiens donc difficile de s expliquer au téléphone

This has got to be one of the worst experiences I've had buying online.The order was placed over a month ago only to receive a cancellation email today.I did receive several emails confirming the order had been despatched 2 weeks later I questioned the order only to be told it had been returned to there store and the order canceled a refund is on its way apparently let's hope its quicker than a month.

Tutto molto bene anche nell'imballaggio, controllare quando si ordina la disponibilità in magazzino altrimenti un 15gg perché arrivi la roba, ma sono stati efficentissimi in tutto, tornerò ad acquistare!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and needs to be shared.

First of all, the product I received was damaged and missing essential components. A friend of mine brought it from Italy to my country, and unfortunately I was only able to inspect it properly on the 10th day after purchase. By that time, I discovered not only visible damage but also that important parts — including the attachment components and the rain cover — were completely missing.

I understand that this may fall outside the standard return window, and I can accept that the company might refuse a late return as a precaution against fraud. However, this situation goes beyond a simple return request. The product is incomplete and unusable, which clearly indicates that it should never have been shipped in this condition.

What is even more disappointing is the company’s attitude. Suggesting that the damage might have occurred during transport, or implying that either I or my friend are not being truthful, is extremely unprofessional and frankly insulting.

Let me be very clear:

It is impossible for me to “lose” built-in components like attachment parts and a rain cover.
It is equally unrealistic that careful transport in a suitcase would cause stitching to come undone.
These issues were clearly present before the product was delivered.

This is not just about poor quality control — it is about lack of accountability. Sending a defective and incomplete product is one thing, but refusing to take responsibility and shifting blame onto the customer is unacceptable.

I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, they may send you a faulty product and then refuse to stand behind it.

ich hab eine magnetische Leder Tanktaschen bestellt und bin echt umgehauen von dem geilen Design und der guten Lederqualität. Das Produkt ist sehr gut durchdacht.
Der Shop sieht zwar am Anfang ein bisschen unseriös aus, jedoch ist er vertrauenswürdig. Das Paket ist innerhalb einer Woche angekommen.

Ho ordinato degli stivaletti moto, confezione bella, esteticamente ti conquistano ma non mi è piaciuto il materiale ed ho chiesto il rimborso.

Ma fille a commandé une housse de réservoir pour sa Triumph. A la réception de sa commande, l'article était plié en deux , ce qui a engendré plusieurs traits blancs inesthétiques gravés dans le cuir. (1ère déception !)
De plus l'article énoncé (sur le site) ne correspond pas au produit reçu. En effet, le bas de la sangle est décrit avec un velcros, or, à la réception de l'article, ce n'est pas un velcro mais un élastique très fin (2ème déception)
Ma fille a signalé ce problème par mail au service client, et à ce jour, son mail est resté sans réponse !
Que faire ? Dommage de ce silence, car une autre commande était prévue...

Service Après Vente inexistant et produit non conforme à la vente.
Produit reçu non conforme à la description faite sur le site internet malgré la vérification et la confirmation de la compatibilité du produit avec ma moto
Le Service Après Vente ne veut rien savoir et ne souhaite rien faire pour rattraper la chose

I ordered a exhaust for my bike . After a pretty long delivery time I finally got the item . The pipe had dents and was fully rusted on the inside . The store mailed a return slip with FedEx . I drove one hour to the drop off location and got a notification the value of the shipment is too high and can not be accepted. I drove to the local post office and paid 25,- to ship . They never offered a refund for the shipping cost . I don't like to write this but I dealt with Italien companies before and they all suck , period . Customer service is a joke . Do yourself a favor and don't order anything.

Reply to seller :

First check your stated shipping time frame with reality.
Second I sent you a picture of the message I got at the FedEx kiosk. They did not accept the shipment!!!!
Third my comment about dealing with companies in Italie comes from experience. Unfortunately. As you can see in your response you just don't get it . Yes I rather spent 25,- Euros to ship the part back then using a free service . You guys are insane and don't take any responsibility, period .

Ordine con tutti gli accessori disponibili , ricevo una mail 6 giorni dopo dicendomi di non aver in magazzino un articolo e che bisogna aspettare ulteriori 15 giorni per la spedizioni oppure chiedere il rimborso parziale ( peccato che senza quell articolo non ne facevo nulla degli altri che arrivavamo) . Pessimo servizio e perdita di tempo per un regalo da fare. Sconsigliatissimo, da evitare

Honestly, I can't quite explain how bad my experience with Cafetwin has been, their delivery to the UK is so badly managed.

I ordered an item in June and over two weeks later I had to get in touch to ask for information about the shipping as the tracking they'd sent had never updated. They promised I should hear back soon. Skip another week or two and I chase further and they say they'll look into it. They then get in touch to say it's been held up in customs and I need to pay a charge (I never had any communication about this and wouldn't have had I not chased this). Another week or two later I look at the tracking and it says the courier attempted delivery but it couldn't be delivered (and flags as an issue with the address). I fill out the request for redelivery and input my full address and it shows again two days later as more failed attempts despite me having been home and no attempt made.

I then refill the form and request for it to go to a local post office for collection, get a confirmation email yet when I check back in a few days it flags attempted redelivery to my flat but couldn't be delivered due to address issue again. I look back at the original courier delivery attempt and notice my flat number wasn't supplied to the courier and just the building number was.

I try to email Cafetwin about it and received blunt replies with no attempt to support me in receiving my item. They then say it's a courier issue and I need to take it up with them (the courier website has no easy way to contact / discuss and they don't answer the phone when you do find a number to call).

£200+ later (wasted), I don't have the item, the courier now claims to have delivered it and have supplied a photo of the box sat on a step with no identifiable location in the photo and the parcel is no where to be seen in mine or neighbouring buildings.

Absolute waste of money, incredibly long and painful delivery process, no item delivered and no support from the business to rectify the situation.

Commande très longue à arriver. Cependant service client sérieux réactif et à l'écoute, merci!

Une fois le produit en stock, L'expédition a été très rapide ( 2 jours) et suivi super.

Silencieux Ixil ironhead montés sur la bécane. Une 650 interceptor royal Enfield. Le son est top et ils sont super léger !! Le tout couplé à un filtre à air DNA, ce n'est plus la même bécane 😁
J'ai aussi acheté des bandes de cuirs pour customiser mes poignées. Un super produit franchement le résultat est top 👌

Sul prodotto non posso dire niente perché era tutto ok ma la mia esperienza con questo negozio non è stata positiva perché ho atteso il mio ricambio per ben più di un mese nettamente oltre il tempo massimo prevista per la consegna

Client à plusieurs reprises pour divers accessoires et articles, j’ai sollicité le service client de café twin concernant 2 paires de gants Biltwell achetées chez eux en 2023 et toujours sous garantie légale (24 mois). En effet les deux paires identiques (Biltwell , version été et version hiver ) présentent le même défaut au niveau du scratch qui se découd / décolle.
Malgré l’évidence d’un défaut de frabication, café twin m’a envoyé paître en me disant que l’usure était normale et que la garantie ne pouvait s’appliquer.
En résumé soit Biltwell vend de la came de mauvaise qualité,
soit café twin n’assume pas son rôle de SAV.
Chacun en jugera.
À noter que le service client est très réactif à vous dire non !
