Caddiemaster 

I ordered a replacement battery which arrived without cable connections to charger/trolley. The cable on the old battery had been damaged when the battery ran out during a round of golf. I requested a ste of cable connectors for the new battery. The connector was delivered promptly at no additional charge.

The product is fantastic very lightweight and goos value for money at £150.00 the battery last 36 holes on my golf course and is just as good as a power caddy.

My trolly is a remote control one, this is very good and
saves me a lot walking,and you do not have to have
it on remote if you do not want to.

the battery is better than discribed, it say's it ia a 36 hole battery but i have done DOUBLE that on one charge BRILL :-D

With the extremely high prices of some of the well known golf trolleys, I wanted to spend a little less for my first electric trolley. The Caddiemaster fitted the bill. Great product, great price and excellent service from the Caddiemaster staff. After about 4 months of ownership, I had a problem with the switch. I cantacted Caddiesmaster who responded the same day. I explained the problem, and the switch was replaced and posted with 48 hours. The supplied battery easliy coped with 36 holes (although I think it was a 27 hole battery).

My experience with caddiemaster was perfect in every detail with a excellent professional friendly service in all areas ensuring my cost effective purchase arrived within agreed time scales. I Have no hesitation in recommending caddiemaster & Im sure i will use in the furture

The caddiemaster is a well constructed electric daddiecar and, if it is properly and carefully used should give long and reliable service.

The remote caddiemaster is fine.
I purchased it with the side seat that turned up seven days after the trolley.
On opening the seat it was obvious it was second hand and rusty with the paint pealing off.
I took a picture and sent it to caddiemaster they said we will send another, Great, Except they didnt, I never heard from them again.
So I stripped the secondhand one and painted it silver now it looks fine.

Thought the performance of the troley was excellent, however after only two outings a nut/bolt and nylon spacer came off the trolley. on E Mailing Caddiemaster I was asked to provide photographic evidence. Not what I would expect after spending £300 and needing a 50 pence replacement part.

Only last week the on/off switch stopped working leaving no power to the trolley. Tried to E Mail Caddie Master but E Mail returned as undelivered because their mail box was full.

Not very good at all.

Bought mine just over 1 year ago and play almost every day. I hate to think how many miles it has covered. The battery is left on charge almost evry night. No problems stil going strong. I had a problem with the speed controller but this was replaced, no problem there. Just on Saturday the fuse holder had melted so had no power, luckily only 2 holes left to play. Went to Halfords a bought a replacement fuse and fuse holder Soldered it on and now it's perfect again. Might be that the cable is still under warranty but no problems there. After around 1000 miles I cannot complain we will be both back on the course tomorrow. Great trolley good support.

The caddiemaster trolley is easy to assemble/disassemble at the golf course. Meets all of my requirements and is in my opinion exceptionally good value for money.

Bought a golf trolley and no problems with spare parts

I recently bought a Caddiemaster 400r and am delighted with then product. It is fantastic value in comparison to it's competitors and is great build quality. Thanks for a great buy!

Delivery was excellent and product works well, however there are some drawbacks with the new design.
Speedcontrol is far to sensitive making it impossible to adjust speed whilst moving. Speed 3 is too slow while 4 is too fast - so never at a comfortable pace - do not know why dial goes up to 9 as this would require a sprinter to keep up!
Also the glued on screen covering the display fell off after the first outing.
Other cheaper models use simple analogue speed control, the digital one shold be better - however the control design is not fit for purpose.

I am satisfied with the remote control golf trolley but was disappointed when on the first outing with it a bolt came loose and must have fell off on the course.

The trolley was then lopsided for the rest of the round. I have made a temporary repair with a four inch nail and will now have to obtain a bolt of the right length to make a more permanent repair.
