cold tolerance
I suspect the items will not survive -30 to -40 Celsius like I'll force them to! I'm still on the hunt for eastern prickly pears that can & WILL survive the winters of Edmonton, Alberta even if I have to continue the hunt for many more years!

Odpowiedź od Cactus Kingdom
We are genuinely puzzled by these comments. The exact plants ordered—cold-hardy Eastern Prickly Pears—were shipped. Now, for some reason, their winter hardiness is being questioned? These hardiness limits are not arbitrary; they are established by professional researchers at the Canadian Forestry Service. We’re unsure how to interpret this...
Fast shipping and healthy cactus.

Quality of Pumice ordered was superb and excellent.
Found it was washed and released no particles or powder on my washing; so didn't bother for my next SPG houseplant mix.

Great selection and fast delivery, even with postal disruption
You have had a great selection of seeds and always what im looking for. Delivered my last order exceptionally fast and packed well with no damage. Although germination rates weren't the greatest on one order it has still produced for me and I can't complain about that.

Item came in good shape
Item came in good shape, but came late. Planted it in pot the day I got it from the post office. Was a few days ago, and see no growth yet.

Very Healthy Plants
I recently received three plants that were much bigger than I'd expected, so I was thrilled with that! They were well packed and arrived safely without any damage. The courier company was also top notch. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Seeds and service you can trust
Loved the selection of cacti on the website and the ease of purchasing, the tracking service was great for my seeds travelling halfway around the world to NewZealand, with satisfying germination rates I have around 1000 babies to look after, a great hobby which will pay off in the future, I look forward to my next 2000 seeds in the coming months. Awesome, thank you Cactus Kingdom.

Hi Michael,
Unfortunately, we do not have control over parcels once they have been delivered. You mentioned being away for several weeks during the delivery period, and during that time many things could have happened to the package. It’s important that parcels are collected promptly once delivered, especially if left in an unsecured location.
Still haven't received shipment
Still haven't received shipment. Wish I could give 5 stars!

Hi Brittany,
We sincerely apologize for the delay with your shipment. Your order was delivered since. While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur that are unfortunately outside of our control—such as carrier issues. We're happy to confirm that your order has now been successfully delivered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can’t wait!
I have not received my order, yet. As it turns out, I didn’t complete the interact transfer properly and cactus kingdom contacted me and cleared everything up.
I would recommend this company
