I have always had an excellent service from the guys at Cab My Ride.

Southampton cruise terminal had to wait a bit longer.when arrived very helpful Showed us where things were what we needed know good service

Cab My Ride were available when no other companies were. My husband is a wheelchair user & needs help getting in & out of the car. The driver had experience helping people in wheelchairs, & was very helpful.

Excellent service keeps you well updated and informed on arrival time of car what car and reg very polite and good communication between office and driver would highly recommend to all very competitive price thank you for a great service A1

Absolutely brilliant service. Cruise ship went out of different port so had to book taxi to take me to Ocean from Mayflower. So efficient thank you

Last Friday we got off a cruise to Southampton while the train strike was on. It was chaos with many people waiting in the taxi queue. I looked up a local company and was lucky enough to find cab my ride. Somebody was there in five minutes. Our Driver, Jean-Pierre, was polite and friendly. We were in time for our coach while others clearly weren’t, Many of the reserved seats were empty with people no doubt still waiting in the taxi queue!

I had a cab from my house to the local community hospital and a return journey later.
The journey there was with driver Mohammed and the return journey was with Ahmed, both were on time and very helpful.
The whole experience was very good and I was kept informed by text of everything that was happening.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again.

Booked a cab for 03.40 for tomorrow some days ago. Received a call at 21.00 to say booking cancelled.
Apparently because of Eid, whilst I completely respect their religious celebrations, the dates have been known for months & maybe they shouldn’t have taken bookings.
Not sure I’ll use the company again!

Never use cab myride for your taxi. They took and confirmed our booking days before. 20 mins before pick-up I got a text saying they weren't coming and contact them again in an hour leaving us high and dry with one of the group having a leg injury an unable to walk. After a lot of panic managed to get a ride with someone you could trust. Cab my ride are an unreliable bunch of cowboys who shouldn't be allowed to be a taxi company.

Driver arrived not knowing whether he taking us or not? After 10 mins he finally started the car. The car had an awful smell like he didn't take a shower for days. We opened the windows but didn't help much. He stopped the car before to arrive at the address just because he heard my partner telling me that the car is too stinky. I am asking: Why instead of taking it personally, take a shower? In the end of the day if you are a taxi driver, you suppose to smell fresh and nice. Never gonna use them again!

Worked with them for a month over two months ago and still waiting to get my payment. Stay away from this company.

Absolute joke!
Sent me a car that was too small to fit our bags in from the airport despite picking us up on the outbound journey and knowing what luggage we had.
The guy on the phone then tried to blame me.
It is a basic common sense, if picking people up from an airport to send a car that has enough room for luggage.
I had to unpack my case into the car to get all the luggage in, otherwise my wife and two small children would have been stuck at the airport with no transport or be forced to leave one case at the airport.
I would avoid these guys as they are obviously just trying to dominate the market and give poor service or scrimp on sending an adequate sized vehicle.

When cabs in the area were separate companies we used to have no problems with booking a cab for a specific time and it turning up on time. Since Cab my Ride has started and taken over a number of companies we book cabs days ahead and we are now constantly getting them ringing up saying that the cab is running late due to traffic in the area. We had this happen again last night. They rang 15 mins before it was due to arrive saying the traffic was heavy and he was on his way to us and the driver would be 35 minutes late so making us late for our theatre performance. Looking on AA road watch there were no issues anywhere in the area of Southampton on roads or motorway. I complained but still they were 20 mins late. Asked the driver why he was late and he said the last customer wanted to go somewhere he had not booked to go so it had taken him longer. If they keep this up people will go elsewhere as it’s just not acceptable.

Always had a problem with this company they either turn up 45 minutes late and think that it's perfectly acceptable or cancel your ride ten minutes before they are due out they have made me miss so many appointments left me stranded sent me the wrong taxi making me wonder if I should get in it alone!

Arrived on time, flexible, friendly and informative driver. We will definitely use them again and would happily recommend them.

This was my first time using Cab my Ride but certainly not the last! I did it have a little difficulty finding my way round the app but I’m not the most savvy person… once I discovered how to book a ride in advance it was seamless! I’m not used to using taxi apps so it was a pleasant surprise to receive confirmation of my booking and then an update that my driver had arrived on time and the registration number.. so reassuring for everyone but especially a nearly pension age woman travelling alone! My driver was so friendly and it cost much less than just getting a taxi at the station. I’ve already booked my next trip .. sadly I couldn’t see How to use a first ride promo code so by the time I was ready to book my second trip the code wasn’t valid .. no worries.. cabmyride is cheaper than competitors and I will build up loyalty points! They will be my go to taxi company from now on! Can’t recommend them enough !
