Hi, I found Roy via a google search and his response time back to me was quick. Roy arranged a visit to my home and spoke for length to figure out what I wanted and needed. Essentially, Roy provided me with a great job and problem solved a number of issues. All in all, we relocated the NBN Point, arranged for 2 hard-wired connections to opposite ends of the house and a new TV antenna point. My house is now fully Wired and Wireless and there are no more cable messes at connection points. Very pleased customer and would highly recommend Roy.

Roy was responsive with my initial enquiry, install was fast and reasonably priced. Roy provided an excellent installation of ethernet cabling in our existing home. He really takes pride in his work. Our home is connected Fibre to the Node (FTTN) it has been transformed from a struggling wifi modem and extender signal barely able to provide 12mbps to a internet super hub with speeds of 52mbps per device (and we have 16 devices - tvs xboxs playstations, phones, computers laptops etc connected). If your looking to get ethernet cabling installed you have to talk to Roy and get him to do it, you won't be disappointed.

Roy solved a complex issue of running the cable cleanly from the external NBN utility box going to the desired location (1st floor) of the NBN connection box.

We initially corresponded via calls and emails, sending pictures where he drew his proposed conduit layout.

Roy extended the Ethernet cable in our home by running it under the house. The NBN tech made the connection in the easiest, for him, location. This meant that my PC was left without a direct connection to the modem. Roy solved the problem. Recommended.

I had an issue whereby NBN was unable to install a Connection Box from the outside of my house to the inside because of missing cables that the builder was supposed to install when they were building my house. As a result, I couldn’t convert to NBN until I sorted this out myself and had cables run from the outside to inside the house so I could get Fibre to the Premises.

Roy was so helpful and professional. He came out promptly and inspected the issue. Rather than booking me in for weeks later, he offered to do the job on the spot and charged me a very reasonable price. He also gave me a few options to think about. He spent roughly an hour on the job which was extremely convenient as I was working from home. He was so pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend his company. I was so happy with the service he provided.

Roy was very easy going and took the time to listen over the phone and gave me the time of day. He came to see the job within a couple days of contact and once he had assessed the job gave us an honest quote and efficient service. Nicely mannered too!

Roy did an excellent job. From setting up new wiring, creating Ethernet ports in multiple rooms, the configuration etc, this man is the king. If I were to recommend anyone to my friends or family, it would be him. He provides/brings a lot, and prices are very affordable.

Roy was very responsive over email and phone and was more than willing to get the job done, not to mention he was also very approachable, patient and friendly while he was here. I explained the situation to him and then within the day he had our old tin roof and brick house cabled up in a very tidy and organised manner as well as adding another antenna point for us and also tidying up some of the old cabling around the antenna. We have been having endless problems with our wifi, which Roy has fixed. We found him very capable and able to explain things very clearly. His charges are also very reasonable.
