The high powered torch was NOT good after the first few weeks. Originally it appeared fine, if not very good But there is apparently a deliberate obsolescent/deterioration factor built in to the torch for it suddenly failed and refused to operate. The EXTREMELY obtuse instructions provided for recharging did not help. The recharging failed totally. The torch remained defunct.

The so-called customer service department, were useless and quite frankly incompetent and deliberately unhelpful. They refused to provide any advice and virtually said. "We are no longer interested once we have taken your money!" They never even suggested a way to replace the battery; should this have been the fault.

Using my own initiative, I managed to source out a replacement battery, and the torch is now functioning thanks to this company.

No thanks to Volk. I would advise others to buy similar product from a more reputable company and not waste your time with Volk

Bought a strimmer advertised as discounted and scorched a quality product. A cheap Chinese item arrived in the wrong colour. The quality is very poor so I have contacted customer service by email for the return address. I tried calling twice also but received only a voicemail. No call back. Their email reply initially asked for photos of the item which I sent. When I followed that up they replied saying in their opinion it’s the item I ordered (not true) and of good quality (not true) and offered me £5! I have written again exercising my right to return the item free of charge as per their website. I’m awaiting a reply but my experience so far has been terrible. I’d advise anyone not to purchase from them - very poor indeed.

Ordered a a teak shower stool from this aparant eu based company who deliver within 5 days. Tracking came from China where I waited a month for delivery only to have it finally arrived damaged. No response to email requesting return/refund. Do not use this fake company

Bought a hard drive £39.90 and it doesn't function, they don't reply to my emails and their phone number on their website is not registered !
I returned the faulty hard drive on the 19/11/24, to the VOLK HOLZ address on their website vial Royal mail sign for. Ash signed and refused to accept it at 10:34, on Wednesday 20 November 2024.
REAL SCAMMERS

I also bought a 2Tb hard drive from Volk Holz. It worked for a short time then stopped working. I have also emailed them with no response. Any help contacting them would be helpful.
Volk responded saying they do not sell Hard drives. I initially replied to email info at volkholz.eu, with a sales reference No. 1720. However, they have not responded. I note the company operates under SMOOTHCART LIMITED, which has a Director name of ABDULLAH, Muhammad Faisal,

I bought 4 external hard drives for a total price of £209.50. I tried one and it did not work. Since October 30th I have been sending them emails to have a refund but they haven't answered me. I tried to call them on
+44 600 89 66 95 but the line is dead. I do not think I trust them. I think they are con merchants. If you have been able to contact them, please leave a phone number for me. Thanks

4TB external drive did not work on delivery and the company has failed to respond to my various email requests for a replacement drive.

Loved the artists unique approach to producing limited works, very original designs and makes me want to come back! Will start to collect more to fill more empty wall spaces!
