Adhesive very tacky. First time in 2 years of use we did not feel like a good product

I've used the hangover patch product and it works well. I do believe that at the end of the day you need to drink responsibly and prep your body but these patches definitely give you an edge the next morning in terms of energy and beating a headache. I also had a good experience with the company's support team, I ordered some patches for my vacation but they were not delivered on time. The company went the extra mile to remedy the situation and I will be a returning customer to purchase more in the future!

Coming back to the hangover patch, tried a cheaper brand and no comparison, Bytox is much more effective. Excited to try the sampler pack!

Very poor packaging! I've ordered this product many times in the past and it's always been individually wrapped which makes it easy for traveling. The patches are so thin that if taken out of the original package, they can easily be bent and not able to use. I realize this is more feasible for you as a company but it's just not practical at all for the consumer! The price has increased but the packaging is horrible!!!

Ordered Hangover and Immunity patches for a trip to New Orleans. Got Hangover and Collagen. Waiting to see if they can get the Immunity Patches here by the time I leave. Considering it took 8 days to get these I am thinking it probably won’t happen. Very disappointed.

GREAT NEWS !!! THE SUPPLIER, RETURN MY CALL TODAY UNDERSTOOD THE SITUATION. UPS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I HAVE A NEW SHIPMENT ON THE WAY! NOW THAT'S GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! JUST MAYBE "I'LL GET A LITTLE SOMETHING EXTRA?" I have never received my shipment. Im sure it was never delivered to my address! I have been waiting for it! I hope someone knows. Waiting on call back from customer service. Im so pissed! Will update.

I've been using Bytox for about 3 years now. I have had extremely good results the vast majority of the time. I'm trying to figure out how to be better after a night of casual drinking that can become a little more than a normal 3 drinks or so.

Love the product. It works wonders. I use it frequently and leave it on for long periods of time because I feel like the health benefits are being infused for as long as I have it on. I do not like how long it takes to receive it. I can buy them at a local store but do not want to have to go there to purchase the product so I mail order them and wait too long!

Need to have human instead of AI for CUSTOMER SERVICE
