Spam
Spam, two days in a row. From different email addresses, through email services that require consent (which we did NOT provide), with different reply-to addresses. First one, the reply to address was an Outlook account, second the reply to address was a Gmail address. NEITHER email addresses were company-specific. Communication practices are shady at best.
Edit due to company response; I will (again) forward the emails that I received to the support email address that I found on their website. I had done that immediately the first time, I can only assume they were not opened by anyone. I do appreciate the company response, and they may be correct.

Hi there,
We are very sorry for the frustration you've experienced, but we believe this is a case of mistaken identity or email spoofing.
BytesPDF is a client-side, browser-based PDF utility platform. We do not engage in any cold email marketing campaigns, and our team would never send official communications from generic Outlook or Gmail addresses.
We take deceptive practices very seriously and want to ensure our name isn't being misused. If you are willing, please reach out to us through our official support channels with screenshots or the email headers so we can investigate and report this abuse.
