Abzocke. Keine Rücknahme von Sale Artikeln. Jedoch ist alles im Sale. Jacke sieht auch nicht aus, wie dargestellt. Widerspruch beim Kartenunternehmen erheben und das Geld kommt zumindest zurück.

Brought a burgundy puffer Jacket for my daughters christmaspresent.
The jacket that did arrive was not the same, it wasn't the same fabric, it was cheap and unwearable.
You cannot return or get money back. I've wasted £45 !!!

really bad costumer service, and they don’t reply to any emails or return requests. it took a month for my order to be delivered and once i had received it, it was thrown in the middle of my front garden absolutely soaked with rain and the package half ripped open. i don’t recommend this brand at all.

I cant review the clothing as I haven't received it yet, ordered on the 4th December paid extra for tracked and insured last update was the 8th December, I've emailed which bounced back I've dm'd on Instagram and tik tok and no reply from anybody. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Die Jacke wurde erst nach über 2 Monaten geliefert, die Emails wurden komplett ignoriert und das Produkt sieht auch anders aus, als es auf TikTok beworben wird. Also kann allen davon abraten, dort zu bestellen

Awful! Ordered a coat for a Christmas present, it’s arrived today and looks nothing like the pictures and the quality is awful. The email address does not work and the returns form just refreshes to a blank form.
There are fake reviews on the website too. Avoid!

Fake, got an item delivered from China which did not looks like what was advertised and when attempting to return it failed with non-existant email address. Now trying to get support via credit card company

J'ai acheté une doudoune qui ne ressemble en rien à la photo et à la vidéo présentées sur leur site web. Elle a l'air bon marché et elle est trop grande. Je voulais la renvoyer, mais l'adresse e-mail ne fonctionne pas (j'aurais dû me douter qu'un site web sérieux n'aurait pas d'adresse Gmail...) et le formulaire à remplir pour effectuer un retour ne fonctionne pas non plus. Il n'y a aucun moyen de les contacter, ce site web est une arnaque, n'achetez pas ici !

Am 05. November bestellt, am 28. November erhalten. Direkt anprobiert, gesehen dass es mir überhaupt nicht steht und seit dem 28. November bis heute 06. Dezember versuche ich einen Rücksendeantrag zu stellen. Schon mehrfach 4 verschiedene E-Mailadressen angeschrieben, die irgendwie auf deren Seite zu finden sind aber immer kommt eine Rückmeldung, dass die Seite nicht existiert. Über Kontakt auf der Seite kann man auch sie Bestellnummer und Name angeben für die Rücksendung, auch das mehrfach versucht ohne Erfolg. Lasst die Finger davon, gibt nur Ärger und das Geld ist weg.

Scam! I placed an order with Scandi on 10 November, and as of 22 November, it still hasn’t arrived. DHL tracking shows the shipment was registered but never handed over for delivery. Despite attempts to contact customer service, I received no response.
This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I strongly caution anyone considering buying from Scandi – do not trust them with your money until they prove they can actually deliver.
