Only find out that the plan I purchased was limited to 5000 words per week after I purchased it. I wrote to them and they responded and am receiving a 50% refund. Not sure why 50% considering it’s useless to me.

Form my experience, doing small fragments of 50 - 100 words is more accurate and reliable, even if doing larger parts work fine as well. In November 2024, I subscribed to the BypassAI website (bypassai.ai). I requested the cancellation of my subscription by email after realizing there was no clear cancellation option or dedicated page on the platform.

Despite having sent a proper cancellation request and not having accessed or used the service since then, they continued to charge my card monthly for the subscription fee. I only realized this continuous billing when, this month, they sent me a message informing me that the payment was declined due to insufficient funds and suggested changing my payment method.

I tried to contact the website’s support again but did not receive a satisfactory response. Now, they are only offering a refund for three months (out of a total of one year), even though I did not use the service during the entire period.

I emphasize that I requested the cancellation before any renewals and, according to the site’s own terms and conditions, cancellation can be requested at any time via the official email, which I did.

I request a full refund of the unduly charged amounts, final cancellation of my subscription, and a formal response to this complaint. I am attaching all communication records and bank statements.

I consider this to be an unacceptable and unfair business practice and leave this warning for other consumers.

They didn’t deliver what was promised. I used less than 10% of the total word limit just for testing. I cancelled the service less than an hour later and requested a refund.
After several attempts, they offered only a 50% refund and removed the remaining words from my account.

Very disappointing, I tried to change the same text a couple of times because it inserted unnecessary words into it and because of that I can't use it because it says you have reached the monthly limit. If the text is about desorption, how does it insert unnecessary things and the like into it, it doesn't change the context and at the same time gpt ero detected it many times and that really annoys me, If you say academic style you don't get the appropriate words. Very bad application this has been happening for the last month

You cannot delete or cancel your subscription. If you want to contact them, they state they are on the weekend, even though it is Tuesday.

Sometime it just give the extra word itself which is not even English or relevant and sometime it says ai detected which wasted my words

I need to address the issue with the word limit on my subscription, which is set for 30,000 words per month. Sometimes, the count carries over from the previous month and does not update correctly.

Dishonest and unresponsive. They mislead and misrepresent their subscription pricing and will charge your account amounts you did not aggree to.

The also do not respond nor help with inquiries regarding this.
