The most awful customer service I have ever come across. I have been trying to request a gluten free meal for months and they have not allocated this. They also have not responded to any of my emails. DO NOT BOOK

I bought a ticket a month ago and still didn't receive my e-ticket yet. I don't have a flight confirmation number to check my flights updates and I need to do so immediately due to a personal situation.

Couldn't get in touch with byojet and the phone number line keeps me waiting. I need help please

Worst customer service ever. My wife has a major medical event so we need to cancel our flights. This medical event is stressful but but as stressful as trying to get any customer service from BYOJet. If you go online if tells you to go to Manage Booking, you do that and enter cancel flights and it tells you that this can’t be done online. Message them - 9 days later and no reply. Go to live chat, said it was a 214 mins wait and nothing happened. Call them, am writing this whilst on hold - up to an hour now and nothing. Avoid.

Horrible after-sales service. Never book with this website. I booked tickets for my wife on this website, but due to some unavoidable circumstances had to cancel. I was promised a partial refund of the booking amount. I submitted my request for that partial refund. Today, it's been more than 4 months, and I am still waiting for my refund. Their website is so unhelpful that you submit a query online and NO response ever. Tried to do an online chat, and the standard reply is "next available agent will attend" + it also gives you an estimated wait time, which is never less than 170 minutes, once I got 290 minutes too. Same with phone calls, you get music and an automated reply, "your call will be attended by the next available agent" Currently, while I am writing this review, I am on a call listening to their automated response for the last 45 minutes.

I bought a flight two weeks ago with Aunt Betty and have still had no confirmation email, I can't get through to customer service and the airline said I'm not booked onto my flight. I'm going to have to try and reverse the payment with the bank so I can buy a flight again.

bad customer service, after I decline the airlines offer to reschedule my flight, I was advised to contact BYOJet, talk to customer service after waiting for more than 30 minutes and no solution, promised to contact me again never happen!! my flight will be in 5 days!!

i will never book with this company again. i had an impossible itinerary. i wasn't told about having to check in twice. info i needed was missing. my pre-booked seat was changed and i was stuck in-between people ont on my aisle seat. not a good time

easy to navigate and best price in comparison. Thank you.

Relatively easy booking however the level of add ons attempting to prise more money was quite excessive and annoying to navigate. I just want to book a flight….

I bought a refundable ticket and they wont refund me. I think this company is a scam. I purchased refundable tickets and now have to contest on my CC. Hard to work with. Would not use.

I would give a zero if i could .I booked a flight with them in june 2025 to fly in september 2025 due to a medical emergency 1 day before the flight i had to cancel the flight and gave them an HOSPITAL MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.....
SINCE SEPTEMBER This hasnt been refunded $732 !!
when booking flights do not book through an agency Just use them to find cheaper flights and book direct with the AIRLINE .
BYOJET AND QANTAS ARE both passing the buck between them
bYOJET just wont reply and no chance answering there phone Now been waiting on my phone for 45 minutes They are a complete wast of my life and time .
I wont ever book a flight through them or any other flight agency

I have been trying to get an answer from ByoJet for the past two days with no response. My flight was cancelled by the airline, and they offered a new time that does not work for me. Despite multiple attempts via email and calls, ByoJet’s support has been unable to propose any alternatives or help at all. This lack of communication and assistance is very disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress.

I expected timely support, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I hope ByoJet addresses this issue and improves their customer service.
I don’t know where I have to call or send an email to get help with my return flight . :(( please help

TerRIBLE experience. At the airport when checking in we found out that our final destination wasn’t booked by BYOJET- so You get on the plane and You already know that You will be stack on the airport. Helpless customer service- impossible to contact them and when finally someone answers you hear “no worries. We’ll see what we can do. But that’s it- no help, no explanation. Travelling from Australia to Europe for over 20 years and BYOJET WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

A reliable travel company. We have used them several times. The only problem is that the itinerary and electronic tickets will take 3 to 5 days to be available. Other aspects are all fine.
