Scam alert. They will claim to ship your order. You won’t receive it, and they’ll hope you forget . Half my order didn’t arrive — they said it was a “stocking issue” even though their email said it shipped. So they actually didn’t ship it nor did they notify me. They offered a 30% refund for my order. For not receiving the one thing I ordered (the second thing was a freebie) Nope! Avoid them at all costs.

A total scam. Wrong dress and don’t want to even give partial refund

Never buy anything from this company. They are scammer. I received my package but it was totally different and so cheap quality

I received completly different dress than i ordered. Quality is also very bad. Dont trust the colors which they have on the website.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not shop from here, they are scammers. Ordered some dresses almost 3 months ago and still not arrived although it states they ship between 3-5 days. Have tried to contact them multiple times and they do not respond.

Non fidatevi di questo sito, spacciano foto di abiti stupendi e invece è arrivato (dopo un mese) un abito totalmente diverso da ciò che avevo ordinato e di qualità scadente!!! Non fidatevi, sono una truffa, da denuncia!

Never received my order. Contacted multiple times via both direct email and Shopify, never received a response. Currently trying to claim it back through my bank.

Awful do not use ordered x2 dresses only one came and did not match the description badly creased and not even the right colour! Now won’t reply to any emails Instagram messages or Facebook messages for me to return it! What a con!

It’s bad. Just don’t buy from this company at all, it is just a scam. I did receive 1/2 of the pieces I bought and honestly saying I was so disappointed, the colours didn’t match at all and the overall dress was just not made well at all. No responses were heard from my enquires and overall just a bad experience. I was hoping to have 4 beautiful dresses but I guess that was too much to ask for.

This company is a joke.
I ordered two dresses buy 1 get 1.
I received only one dress. The link to see my order it doesn’t work.
And I I’ve sent them emails and still no response. Also, to mention that the quality of the dress received is horrible. It has nothing to do with what they advertised. I mean ok, with that price I wasn’t waiting to receive THE dress but not this disgrace. Do not shop there, you will waist your money and time.

Absolutely terrible company. Scam you for money. Never ship or refund items. Customer service is disgraceful and never respond to emails.

Wish I could put a 0 star, I ordered two dresses for prom, downloaded the ‘shop’ add to see when they will arrive, shop app says it’s still waiting for details, contacted the email given on the website only to get no reply and no dress. Absolutely disgusting!!

Ich habe Kleider bestellt, diese sehen leider total anders aus als auf den Bildern. Die Qualität ist schrecklich. Nun existiert die Seite nicht mehr und eine Anfrage per E-Mail auf eine Retoure wird auch nicht beantwortet. Ganz klar Betrug.

Complete scam, reached out multiple times cause my order was not sent after 14 days :)) contacted shopify, not they’re problem apparently, avoid at all costs, its been a month now, no response no items received;)
