Mir hat der Loftie Wecker nicht ganz zugesagt, weshalb ich den Wecker zurückschicken wollte. Somit habe ich mich mit dem Loftie-Team in Verbindung gesetzt und binnen kürzester Zeit eine Antwort mit einer Lieferadresse bekommen. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass die Retoure für mich 50€ gekostet hätte. Somit habe ich nochmals noch dem Loftie-Team geschrieben und gefragt, ob es eine Alternative zu den absurd hohen Versandkosten gebe. Auch hier gab es wieder eine schnelle Rückantwort, mit dem Ergebnis, dass das Loftie-Team die Rücksendekosten auch als unverhältnismäßig hoch bewertete und mir in Folge dessen als Kulanz unverzüglich die Kosten des Weckers zurückerstattete und ich als Bonus den Wecker sogar behalten durfte. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Huge fan of my Loftie clock

The worst most awful service and product out there. The customer service is even worse. I thought it looked interesting so ordered and showed up looking like a cheap version then tried to send it back and they wouldn’t refund me even though I sent it back within the timeframe. And now AI is responding to me and I can’t get my money back. I highly don’t recommend this product and service.

Absolutely love my Loftie Clock and Loftie Lamp, they have honestly transformed my mornings and evenings in the most beautiful way. My morning and evening routines have truly had the biggest glow up thanks to these products. I now start my day feeling calm and grounded, and my evenings feel like a little ritual instead of just “going to bed” 😍⭐️

But what impressed me just as much as the products themselves is the absolutely incredible customer service. The team was unbelievably kind, helpful and responsive. You can really feel that they care about their customers and about the experience they create around their products.

It’s rare to find a company where both the product and the service are this outstanding.

Thank you Loftie for creating something so thoughtful, it has genuinely improved my daily routine. I recommend it with all my heart🤍

Fantastic company. Integritous, generous, abundantly driven. I own the Loftie Lamp, the Loftie Clock, and Loftie Night Lights. They have seriously turned my apartment into an oasis. I was not able to wake up when my alarms went off—Loftie changed that. Gentle but effective. Highly recommend. Worth every penny. This is what tech should be doing for our society! Health is wealth.

Love 🧡 the little Loftie night lights - perfect glow in the middle of the night. Excellent customer service - interesting app for sleep - would love to check it out as I am addicted to falling sleeping with a fan for sound. Highly recommend checking LOFTIE out for any sleep needs.

I absolutely love my Loftie clock. I purchased it almost 4 years ago and it has significantly improved my sleep. I no longer use my phone as my alarm. I love waking up to the peaceful sounds that the Loftie alarm offers. Loftie's alarm and app blocking features on Loftie Rest are also amazing.

I recently had an issue with my Loftie clock and Loftie's customer service was excellent! They provided me with quick support and replaced my clock when the issue was unable to be resolved.

Faced an issue of product not shipping until 10 days after order, but Joymiah was very nice in compensating this time for me.

While I was disappointed that the clock stopped working so shortly after it was purchased, the employees were incredibly responsive and helpful in figuring out the issue and getting it replaced with no cost to myself.

Wrong package returned (my mistake) handled well. I sent the wrong package back to Loftie and they were able to contact the 3PL and ensure the package was sent back to me.

I have had such an outstanding experience with Loftie’s customer support - I couldn’t resist writing a review. It is indicative of the quality of the product and company leadership that they invest in support by real folks, not bots, for real customers.
I am not tech savvy and we had moved and our two Lofties were paired with older locations’ Wi-Fi. This superb professional ‘’Grace’’, such an apt name, was patient, creative, thorough, and repeatedly reassured me that she understood I needed to reboot my Loftie, and not the one our adult son ‘had stolen’ and uses religiously. Through repeated emails I got updates, timelines for next steps from our son and from me, and simply made me feel heard AND appreciated as a customer. Incredible to experience. It makes me feel even more loyal to Loftie - the product and the company. In days of cost cutting, customer support is too frequently un appreciated. (As a long retired senior exec from a major global airline, I really applaud this investment.
