I just adore my earrings. They look so nice and well made and classic and go with everything!!
Only negative thing is, shipping to Germany you have to pay extra fees. But worth it in the end

Gorgeous jewellery and a gorgeous brand! They are the nicest, most lovey people and the jewellery is incredible! I own 12 of their pieces and have about 6 more in my basket!!! Can’t recommend highly enough!!!

Beautiful earrings, Thank you:) I ordered my earrings on the 9th of December and got my order a few days before Christmas. Only thing what you have to keep in mind when ordering if you don't live in the UK is customs charge can be more than the shipping cost it self and it delays the delivery a week. (I was lucky I could order it with free shipping but still the customs remain)

Stellar Customer Support
Delivery was great - arrived in time to be a Christmas Present for my beloved Godchild. Unfortunately, this will be my very last order - I did not expect having to pay €21 because of Brexit - this was not listed anywhere on the website (else I would have given 5 stars). Do get in touch when ordering from within the EU is a possibility.
I have increased my rating to 5 stars as your customer support is absolutely stellar. Oh - and I did not mention yet, that my godchild absolutely loves her new necklace :-) - thank you!

It's so frustrating for small brands and customers as customs are completely out of our control and each country has different customs fees. Sadly these are not something we can regulate or control which I know is very annoying.
On our website on our shipping FAQs and terms and conditions we do state that:
'Orders crossing borders may incur local duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, therefore these are not included in your order and you will need to be paid locally upon receipt. Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order'

I have had an excellent experience using By Glaze. I ordered a gift for my partner and it came in excellent time with zero fuss.
I ordered the wrong size, I contacted their email and I had a response within the hour which was amazing. Everything was sorted within the day and they were even kind enough to sort the exchange before receiving the return with a simple proof of delivery. Lou in particular was fantastic.
This excellent, human first approach was amazing and hard to find so I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends.
