By Glaze offers lovely and beautifully designed jewellery with good quality. While the pieces are elegant, some designs feel a bit simple. Their sustainability initiative is appealing, and delivery is efficient. Overall, it's a decent experience for the price, but there's room for improvement in variety and originality. A solid option for ethical jewellery.

By Glaze is family-run and fairly priced. I find the quality is mixed, which I will contact the company directly about BUT both the gold and silver pieces are lovely and bright. They make other jewellery look dull in colour! Congratulations to the founder, Natalie on her huge success.

I have a few items of By Glaze…
Update: I have not received a response to my email nor any emails in my junk or deleted inbox, as I have gone through and checked. I receive your marketing emails so it’s odd I am not receiving anything else from you.
I have a few items of By Glaze jewellery that I absolutely love and wear everyday. But I also have the Pearl Huggies and the pearls keeping falling out. I also brought my sister the Pearl cuff for her birthday and the stones have also fallen out of hers too.
I emailed By Glaze just to let them know for feedback but never received a response which is such a shame, because I’d keep buying their products but I don’t feel like they care about the negative feedback. Or that some of their products are the best quality.

I'm a huge fan of By Glaze jewellery. My sister bought me a pair of earrings for my birthday earlier this year and I loved them so much I treated myself to a matching earring and necklace set. It's a huge bonus that they're sustainably made by a woman-owned business in the UK. Highly recommend!
