Nice jewellery but big tax
I ordered 3 necklaces from By Glaze and they were as expected. I reduced one star because I had to pay pretty hefty tax on my order (from UK to EU). If I had known the amount of tax (250€ order, 50€ tax) I would have thought twice about the order.

It's so frustrating for small brands and customers as customs are completely out of our control and each country has different customs fees.
