I was extremely pleased with my order which was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I was kept informed about the delivery and when to expect it and the delivery people were friendly, polite and helpful.

Korey and Sam were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They both went the ‘extra mile’ in delivering the item. They were bang on time as promised. They seemed to be very hardworking fella’s.

The order was easy to make. The delivery company is terrible. They allowcate you time slot. I explained that 7 to 9am did not work with my builders. 3 times they reallocated me the same time slot. It has tsken over 3 weeks to receive my goods

Very good communication on delevery date and time, even down to a 'phone call the day before to check that the delivery time was convenient. Item arrived exactly on time with an "on the way" text message 10 mins beforehand. Polite and efficient, waited on the doorstep and handed over the item (rather than leaving lying somewhere even though it was 150cm x 40cm). Certainly better than the "throw-it-out-of-the-van near your door" technique that some companies use now.

When the item was delivered all the packaging was broken. I have taken the item into my property but I am hoping that nothing is damaged when we try to put i back together !
