Carry-on that makes travel easier
Flying with the Nomad carry-on reduced my travel stress significantly last year. It fits in overhead compartments with room to spare on both domestic and international flights. The weight distributes evenly so it doesn't tip over while standing in endless security lines. I pack the same amount but somehow it all fits better in this thoughtfully designed space.

Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis Koffer kamen. Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet. Ein Koffer kam beschädigt (starke Dellen lässt sich nicht mehr richtig schliessen) keinerlei Hilfe! Wir sollen auf eigene Kosten zurück schicken oder auf eigene Kosten nach Frankreich schicken zum reparieren. Absolute Katastrophe von wegen lebenslange Garantie! Qualität nicht gut , kein Vergleich mit Rimova. Es fehlt auch immer noch eine Tasche welche wir zeitgleich vor ca 7 Monaten bestellt und bezahlt haben. Ich kann nur abraten!

Vorsicht: Anbieter meldet sich nicht mehr
Haben zwei Kabinen-Trolleys bestellt. Einer kam stark beschädigt an. Wir haben ihn zurückgeschickt und Anfangs auch eine Bestätigung erhalten, dass er ausgetauscht wird. Irgendwann wurde aber nicht mehr kommuniziert und wir warten seit mittlerweile mehr als 6 Monaten auf die Ware.
Den anderen haben wir maximal 2 Mal benutzt in der Zeit und schon geht der Teleskopgriff nicht mehr (lässt sich nicht mehr ganz raus ziehen).

Finger weg! Ich habe dort bestellt - dann wurde mir mehrfach gesagt, das Paket ist beim Zoll und das so lange bis ich es nicht mehr per Kreditkartenabrechnung Rückforderung konnte.

Have new luggage lock doesn’t work. Trying to contact for warranty no reply from several requests. Good suitcase until it’s not. Since they don’t warranty their product everything else MUST be untrue as well. DO NOT BUyY

The delivery date is not fulfilled, what is this ? Fraud or true?
The delivery date is not fulfilled, the tracking number doesn’t work, I still don’t have it since I’ve paid the price on the 13 march. Don’t know where the order is . Honestly seems like a scheme or a fraud. Still waiting but so far … nothing … shame!

Please Avoid
Avoid. Poor quality and not a replacement for a Rimowa. Firstly my order took 16 days to arrive. I then immediately decided to return the product as the quality was terrible for the price. I requested a shipping label to be sent via email. This email was ignored. I have since requested twice more and no shipping label has been sent.
If you are unable to communicate with the manufacturer please do not be fooled into thinking you are getting a product that will be covered by a lifetime guarantee.
This matter is still unresolved with the case boxed up waiting to be retuned.
