I ordered over $17,000 worth of cabinets from this company from their more expensive "Luxe" line. There were so many issues including pieces with black marks on them, scratches, gouges, chips. The drawer boxes were the worst. The sides were stained orange instead of clear-coated as shown on their website. The dovetails were cut inaccurately so that many pieces either did not lock together or once put together, you can see daylight through the gaps. The wood of the drawer boxes seems old and dry - cracking in some areas, the corners and edges were lacking stain, most were sharp and one cut me during assembly. The drawer bottoms are clear-coated which emphasizes the horrible orange color of the unmatching drawer sides even more. The drawer bottoms are so thin, they require a center support piece (which is included,) but the support ONLY ATTACHES TO THE FRONT OF THE DRAWER. I had to drill holes at the back of the drawer and glue and screw it in to make it actually function as a support. Many of the cabinet case pieces were warped, making it difficult to impossible to square them up. They were wobbly when assembled according to directions and all required glue, extra screws and extra braces to make sturdy. One heavy-duty hinge was terribly bent. At first, customer service was fine and offered to send me replacement pieces. However, when I asked them to make sure the replacement drawer boxes were the correct clear-coated birch, they did a 180 and said that the orange stain is a normal color variation and they wouldn't be replacing anything except a few panels. I am disgusted that I spent this much money, all the time it took me to fix their awful cabinets as best as can be done, and want to warn other so they don't suffer the disappoint. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR READY-TO-ASSEMBLE CABINETS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SWINDLED LIKE I WAS.
