didn't recieve product will not order again

I would give this company a zero if I could. They are thieves and scammers. After purchasing only two colognes in June 2025 and receiving it. I thought that would be the end. I have not purchased anything else from this company however they have been charging me around £30 every month since July 2025. I would like them to stop the charges now.

This company uses very deceptive practices and will charge you a 39.99 monthly fee for purchasing a bottle of cologne. I ordered a bottle late November and it is currently January 12th and I still have not received it. Do NOT under any circumstances use this company

If I could give this company a negative, you bet your bottom dollar I would. STAY AWAY from this site. I placed an order on November 26th of 2025 for a Christmas gift. After a week of no updates on transit or receiving a tracking number, I reached out to the support team, which I believe to be automated responses, and was told there’s a “delay”. When December 17th approached with still no product in hand or tracking numbers sent I reached out again - this time for a refund. Today is January 9, 2026 and I am still receiving the same “automated messages” on them trying to return my funds to my account. This site is a scam from the looks of it and I’m pissed I fell for it. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON’T WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

They keep charging me 39.99 for a membership I did not sign up for. I purchase one Cologne from them in June 2025. One time purchase only. And ever since then they charged 39.99. I contacted my Apple Card first and they gave me a new card but that did not matter because Vallore somehow was still able to charge me monthly. I emailed vallore to stop and they did for a few months up until now. They started charging again for the membership. I don’t know what to do. Someone please help.

Scumbags! No cologne delivered. They charge your card each month as if it is a subscription. Stay far away! Then they say the will only help if you leave a 5 star review - scumbags !

If I could give zero stars I would. I never received my order and then they charged me a recurring charge that I am having to fight and get off my card. It’s a scam. Don’t buy from them

As others have said these guys are scammers. Ordered a perfume from them and they sent me freaking socks. I immediately disputed it and was able to get my money back from my bank. Even after this I noticed they were trying to charge a fee which I realised was a subscription fee I wasn’t aware of.

Buyvallore are a bunch of thieves. i ordered 2 bottles of perfume in October 2025 that havent arrived. contacted their non existent customer services and they want me to write a review instead of refunding my money. everytime i message them its the same answer . I've now recently have a pending charge today of £30.85 for something I havent even purchased. The owner of this dodgy site should be located and proscecuted.

Company keeps charging me $39.99. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM. I received the cologne despite countless delays. The monthly charges that followed are unauthorized.

This is a bad business I've reached out to these people plenty of times because I never received my packages because I ordered 2 packages from them and as soon as I got the message that the package was delivered and when I checked it hadn't been delivered to me I reached out to them and they don't answer until 11/26/25 and I sent them messages since September and now they telling me they can't do anything about it for me after I spent $100 so now I have to take a loss because they won't refund me nor resend my package and make sure I get it. This is a scam fake business just to take your money. Do not buy form vallore unless you want your package lost and your money and refund lost. It's a bad business scam
