I waited 17 consecutive days for my package and y’all sent me a pair of socks and not my cologne and that’s unacceptable

I bought 2 items on October 14, 2025. I received the order confirmation, they charged me, and since then I haven’t had any updates about my order tracking. When I contact customer service to ask about my order, they first require me to give them a 5-star rating on Trustpilot before they’ll respond. It’s a scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

I haven't received my order.
Also the company wrongly took money from my account which wasn't authorized by me and I have reported it to my bank.
I have complained about it to the company but nothing is done.

My artist showed that it was delivered to mailbox, but when I checked mailbox, my order was not in there. And I don’t understand why you got to make a review before you get your refund. It really doesn’t make sense.

Awful completely awful! I have yet to receive my order after being charged twice! I received some socks and earrings! I want my money back! Plz if I would’ve seen the reviews before I ordered, I would’ve deleted their advertisement! Plz report them as scammers!😡

This people are bunch of thieves and scammers. They lure you into buying from them and when you pay, you don’t get your product and instead they send you a pair of sock after a month and when you write them they ask you to give them a 5 star review before they can attend to you . Also , I had to deactivate my card cos they wanted to charge more every month but my bank stopped it and issued me another card
This people are not trustworthy and they are full of shit . I’ll do my best to bring this exploit down

They are scammers..I did only one order from them for 2 bottle of perfumes..number 1..the perfumes are fake and the scent don't even last for 5mins..number 2...they keep taking money from my account every month saying i subscribe for membership which i never did...I am really upset this bogus and online fraud companies..am not stopping you will see where I will end up with you

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! You order then they hold your money and blackmail you into writing 5 star reviews. Then they take money every mo th, I've had to change my bank card because they just keep charging and charging and I've never received an item!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I bought two bottles of perfume from buyvallore.com, and ever since then, they’ve been deducting money from my account for no valid reason. They claimed that by simply purchasing a product, I was automatically enrolled in their “membership” program. something I never signed up for or agreed to.

I’ve asked them several times to stop these debits, but it hasn’t stopped. I have evidence of constant debits and mail correspondence with them. Honestly, I regret ever buying from them. It feels like a complete scam.

And to make matters worse, they promised a “free gift” with my order, which I never received.

I ordered 2 bottles of Vallore cologne on 9/30/25 and the tracking site stated the shipment was delivered on yesterday, 10/20/25. But what i received is a pair of Sox. I would like to request a refund please. This is not what I ordered. I received an email asking for a 5 star review to before I can get any assistance with this order.

Never got my product

I paid for my product on the 14/10/2025 and haven't received any updates on my order since then and today is the 23/10/2025 and still nothing...

I paid for cologne and they offered 2 free gifts I tried checking the tracking and it's saying that my 2 free gifts was delivered when I contacted them, they emailed me saying I need to do a 5 star review either send me my order or give me a refund...

I ordered two bottles of cologne from this company. Charged me $50+ and now theyre begging me for a 5 star review via email before they will resolve the issue. I never received the product it was a no show. Ill change my review if they make the problem right.

It hard for me to give a rating when I havent received my item. the tracking number say it was delivered but it wasnt the item that I purchased. I need this fixed immediately then I would change my rating
