I would give less than 1 star if I could. I ordered sandals 4/2 and my account was charged 4/6. Today is 4/25 and I still have not received my sandals. I emailed the company 3 times and then said they were working on the order and will send tracking when available. Now I am being blocked. I should learn my lesson to check out these companies before purchasing. Why can’t people get jobs instead of scamming.

Never got item, multiple charges ,no refund, Customer Support sux. Do not purchase from these crooks.

If I could give zero stars I would. Someone shut them down. Total scam. Ordered 3 pair of shoes and never received and then they charged me additional $39.99. Original email to support got a generic reply and my response bounced back as undeliverable. Do NOT BUY! Total scam

I bought a $17 pair of sandals that I never got then they charged me another $39. I had to shut down my debit card. This company is a fraud. They need to be shut down!!!’

I had ordered a pair of sand those that I paid $11 never got the merchandise then they try to charge me $39 for the same pair of sandals that I never received and I’m still waiting for my sandals. Their customer service it’s bad.

Absolute Scam! Like the others, tried to buy the Crocs sandals deal.
Followed up after I had heard nothing for three weeks, got the standard reply ‘ Hey there,

We’re closely monitoring the shipment, and tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available.We appreciate your patience, and if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. I followed that up again a week later and the email bounced. Have contacted my bank to p have charges reversed

I ordered a pair of crocs for $14.99 then after they recommended that I purchase a $9.99 fee for shipping protection. Never received my crocs plus all they would tell me is sorry for the delay bullshit! I contacted my credit card company and they reversed the charges. They are totally a scam company 🤬

Yep definitely a scam. Ordered to pairs of sandals and they have never arrived. They then tried to charge my account again. My bank declined and I had to change my card !!

Bogus company , order a pair of sandals $14.99 and then they charged a membership fee $39.99 which I did not authorize. Went to my bank they said it was a valid charge and that Id have to go to the company , I'm like what company its fraud and then they tried again to charge another 39.99 but I had already canceled my card. All i get is the same email over and over again and the Bank say I'd have to cancel my subscription. I'm like were do I go yo cancel that ... Buyers beware!!!!!

Total scam! Do not fall for the Slyde deal on croc sandals. They charged me twice under BuyVallore.com. I contacted Wells Fargo to stop payment and get a new debit card. They gave me a number to call after several failed emails to customer service with slyde to find out where my shipment was a month later.
The number was connected to a personal voicemail in Grand Prairie, Tx.
Run!!! Do not waste your time dealing with this scam. I also reported them to Fed Trade Commission.

Similar to what everyone is saying, except, luckily, my credit card company blocked the purchase. I saw an ad on Instagram for these Miami slides and they looked perfect for vacation but glad I avoided the scam! Thanks to all these reviews!

This is the first and last time I order from this company. Ordered March 5th and no communication until I reached out several times and finally received an email. Email said nothing about delivery date or shipping at all. It’s been a month and have no idea when I’m getting them but they had no problem taking my money same day I placed my order! All I can say is BEWARE OF BUY SLYDE!

I ordered the Slyde Crocs Miami Sandals last month and never received them and then within a week after that purchase I had a fraudulent charge of $34.99 from buyvallore.com. Both companies are out of Plano, TX. I contacted their Customer Support and asked where my shoes where and they said, "Your order has already been packed and dispatched, but there is a delay due to a courier issue. We’re closely monitoring the shipment, and tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available." When I emailed support at supportbuyslyd.com, the response from them came from jcstryklyra.com. This place is a scam. DO NOT BUY from them!

Similar to what others have written, I have not received my order placed on 3/14. Item was stated to be delivered in 6-7 business days. Additionally, an unauthorized charge was made for $34.99 from a sister site buyvallore.com. They companies share the same contact number and both are out of Plano, TX. I DO NOT recommend purchasing from either of these sites for concern of scamming your money.

I purchased shoes from them , never recieved. I had a fraudulent charge on my credit card thereafter. Byers beware

I ordered from company over 10 days ago. No response to emails or voicemails. So I will just dispute the charge.

This website looks legit. But it isn’t. It says that they take PayPal but when you go to check out, all they take is a credit card/debit card. I don’t typically use my card directly because of scammers, but I made the mistake this time. And then my card number got stolen and they tried to make several transactions with it. It’s been over 21 days since I made a purchase and never received a tracking number. I have sent several emails and I’ve called the phone number and left a message. Nobody ever answers or returned the call. Not only is this a scam site that will steal your money, they will also steal your card information and continue stealing your money. They have not sent me a fake tracking number yet but I’ve seen other people say that they do try to pull that stuff. And if they do, it’s harder to get your money back.

I purchased 3 pairs of Slyde sandals on 3/7/26. A charge was made on my a credit card from trysorella.shop. I received two vague email confirmations from ‘support at buyslyde.com.’ One said I would receive a shipping notification within a couple of business days, but I have not received anything. The website, buyslyde.com shows the following:

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

I’ve have not received a confirmation email and it’s been over a week.

More concerning is that a few days ago my credit card company flagged and declined a second charge from the same merchant, trysorella.shop for a different amount. I don’t know who trysorella.shop is other than it is the merchant name on the credit card statement from the Slyde purchase. When I search for trysorella.shop, a store with jewelry comes up, and there’s something about a membership. I did not purchase jewelry or authorize any membership. I am concerned and distressed that my credit card information is being used without my authorization. Thankfully I was able to decline the 2nd transaction.

I contacted support for this company several days ago via email and left a voicemail after a weird recorded message with no response. All sketchy.
