Put a minimum order amount on instead.
Admin fee plus delivery plus this plus that.

The process has been so easy. I’ve done two large orders through buymaterials.com and have had to amend them at short notice, change delivery dates and delay an order altogether and it has all been accommodated with great communication and understanding. The quote system is great, the prices are fantastic and I’m hoping the delivery will go without a hitch. I really recommend them! Stuart, who I’ve been speaking too directly, has been ace. On the day of delivery, I contacted buymaterials and asked what time the delivery would be that day as it was to my son's address and I would have to go round there to supervise where they would put the delivery.
No phone call was received and the first I knew of the delivery was my daughter-in-law telling me it had been delivered. The delivery looked very skewed on the driveway but we were unable to move the materials indoors until the weekend just passed.
The photos show the state of the last few sheets of plasterboard and how badly placed the delivery had been.
We can probably use the broken pieces but it will take a lot longer to work into our project. Compensation should be given!

I only received part of my order but the costumer service team were so helpful and the rest of my delivery was here the very next day thank you Nicole

Geoff put a quote together for me for some materials, he price matched a lot of them with cheaper companies and recommended better quality products. The whole experience was great and we got most the delivery the week after. Would definitely recommend BuyMaterials, especially if you deal withGeoff, we would definitely use them again.

Everything was made so easy , just inputted what u required and was sent quotes , so much easier than looking for it all myself ,
Was kept updated with everything from the company which I received a quote from even the delivery guy who off loaded the delivery exactly where I wanted it really happy

Absolutely fantastic company. Customer communication is excellent and they always get the materials I need cheaper than I can find them myself. Completely takes the hassle out of ordering different building material from loads of different suppliers. Cannot recommend enough!

With communication with Geoff @buymeterials we found that the supplier had let them down. Geoff soon sorted the problem but again the supplier was not the best at fulfilling the order and had made several trips to complete the order that could have been done in two trips.
In the end happy with the resolved issues and the products supplied

Always great service and great pricing. They always get it 10/20% cheaper than I can source the materials myself. Well worth giving them a try.
