Thieves - Beware

I placed an initial order with this company to test their product - which is nothing special. And of course, like others have expressed, they fraudulently charged me for a recurring order that I never signed up for. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. I contacted them via the email confirmation within minutes to cancel it, and they would not. Tried telling me its already in fulfillment - but when I go to track the order, it's not even in their system. Also, they are notoriously slow with shipping anyway, which is a big concern for most people. So somehow they can't send anything out on time, but if you contact them within minutes of them auto charging you, it's already being prepared. Total thieves.

LarineCo sets up its purchasing…

LarineCo sets up its purchasing platform to trap customers into making a recurring purchase which cannot be cancelled. I made what I thought was a one-time purchase, which had a 30 day money back guarantee. They tagged it as a recurring purchase in a very unclear point in the purchase process. When I was charged the recurring payment, I contacted LarineCo to cancel the order, but they told me their refund guarantee only applies to the first purchase and refused to process a refund.

This is a deliberate strategy that LarineCo built into their buying platform to gain unfair profits. They also refused to remove my card information from their system although they had no legitimate need for it, which is a violation of the FTC.

After 8 pages of scrolling to the bottom of cohercive jargon you find the button to the next page you finally fins the cancel button.

The Cancelation endeavor

The fact the company makes canceling an endeavor is ridiculous. I will say i emailed the company and they replied very quickly with a detailed list of how to cancel(it should be a link, not a process). I also love the pointless satisfaction guarantee as any product like this takes more than 30 days to see any kind of results other than you liking the flavors. Also return policy is only for your first order which is a huge red flag because they stick so many people with subscription orders. I'm pretty sure they auto enroll you even if you deselect to subscribe when you first order. You got an extra star because you were quick to reply and have detailed instructions. If I sees charge in the future, I'll be filing with my card company and various governmental consumer agencies. Shopify needs to have some requirements for merchants.

Scammer-like Business - WORSE EVER!

Sooo, where do I start with what feels like a bunch of scammers?! They take your money. They give you barely 30 days to decide if this gum is any good for your teeth. Then they get you a subscription in completely unobvious ways. It makes it nearly impossible for you to unsubscribe from their services. Then, they make it so you CANNOT return something that you have bought in the past even if it was never opened, EVEN IF IT WASN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET!! To make matters worse, YOU CANNOT RETURN!?!? I have the emails where I asked them nicely to just not ship out this last shipment. They sold me a BS reason why they can't do it. These scammers should be investigated for the way they run their scammer-like business. Their product is INSANELY EXPENSIVE!! Who in the world pays $90 for 4 packs of gum, each with 18 gum drops in them?!??! Are You INSANE?!? WOW! Somebody please investigate these people immediately!!

Save Your Money

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Watch the checkout when you purchase with this company. I did not sign up for the subscription progam. When I tried to reach out to the company within 2 hours of the subscription "sending the order", a cancel and refund was denied. I was asking because I can not afford the product, as it is a $30 difference from the original order. To add insult to injury, the order has not even been processed yet as we speak. Save your money and do not buy from this company. If issues arise they will not work with you.

I am submitting this report regarding unpaid affiliate commissions from LarineCo that have remained unresolved for more than 2 months.

The traffic and conversions delivered were legitimate and generated according to the affiliate program requirements. However, despite repeated follow-up emails and multiple attempts to communicate with the affiliate team, payment has still not been processed.

Responses from LarineCo have been inconsistent, delayed, and often avoid addressing the actual payout issue directly. No clear payout timeline or transparent explanation has been provided.

Customer Service issues and product has FLOURIDE

I received an order then cancelled subscription. I ordered some more when there was a sale then got another order within 30 days but it was for triple the cost and double the amount of boxes on my first order. also I found out their toothpaste has FLOURIDE in it after they advertised 100% fluoride free! I asked for a refund or replacement and also explanations for a $150+bill on my subscription. My original order was for only 4 boxes & a 100% fluoride free toothpaste. I am going round and round with customer service. It feels like a fake person answering because they are just making me crazy and not answering my specific concerns. I don't understand why they won't directly answer my questions , it's really weird and sus. How can a company act this way and expect people to trust them.

It appears LarineCo are the new type of LLC available for people who want to always be wrong.

It appears LarineCo belong to a small group of lost souls. I decided to try their Gum. When the package arrived it was instantly odd. It felt like they are using Homeworkers to pack their nonsense as every 18 piece box was in a bubble plastic feeling package. OK OK I overreacted, True.
As I continue unpacking the gum (only 1 flavor) It had some in black plastic and some in white plastic.

Yea Yea again I am being silly. I then open a plastic package inside the larger plastic package to find a Tub of Toothpaste. I never ordered toothpaste as I never use any besides a few natural products that the Amish taught.
As I start reading the toothpaste package it clearly STATES it has Fluoride designed to lower IQs (it states that it works --> Fluoride and you will get even dumber).
I DID NOT EVEN ORDER THAT POISON and now that GUM is going in the BIN as well.

I was using Nathan & Sons Underbrush wonderful array of products and while I will continue using Underbrush and look there other products this is about LARINECO.

If all that is not enough these LarineCo criminals state no where that you cannot just buy anything. EVERY ORDER YOU PLACE IS AUTOMATTICALLY ON A RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION.

nice RIGHT SEE POISON AND AUTO RENEW. Keep staring at the TV and let us know when you find one word of truth.

I wouldn’t give this ANY STARS. Please be very careful with this product, especially if you have a sensitive mouth/gums/teeth. It makes bold claims about "curing" health/oral issues, but it actually caused a severe adverse reaction. Within days of using it, my mouth was covered in painful ulcers. NO product should EVER cause this level of pain. The marketing is entirely misleading, and the ingredients are clearly unsafe for some users. I am reporting this for the ones in the back and I highly recommend looking for a trusted, regulated alternative instead. As soon as I stopped using this toothpaste, the pain and irritation started to improve. WHICH TOOK 2 WEEKS, barely able to talk, eat or sleep. Not only did it completely fail to live up to its marketing claims, but it also caused physical harm. Save your money and protect your health—avoid this product. DONT CHEW THE GUM EITHER.

NOT THE FACT THAT AFTER I MADE THIS REVIEW, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE MY CARD ALMOST $200 TO RE-ORDER WHAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED!!!

If I could do 000000 stars I would. Most customer unfriendly website I have ever experienced. You cannot update your account address without a link and if your order is still unfilled you cannot ask them to change the address. Product is ok but their customer service sucks! Here is a statement from their own website "Can I change my shipping address?
Yes — as long as your order hasn’t been fulfilled, we’re happy to help. Just email ______, and our support team will quickly update your shipping address before the package leaves our facility." 5 emails and 30 minutes later my order still says unfilled and they will not help me.

These people are terrible

These people are terrible. They are just another scamming subscription company. I purchased 3 packs of gum and there was no option for a 1 time purchase so I immediately emailed them and asked to cancel my subscription because I wanted to try the product before committing to a subscription. I received no response. It has now been over a month and I still have not received the first order and they have already charged me for the next subscription. When I reached out to them for the refund since I did not receive this product no one would even fully read and respond to my concerns. They only send back the generic links to either cancel your subscription for your “money back guarantee” which only is eligible if you receive the product, and has to be submitted within 30 days. I apparently do not qualify because it has been 30 days already and I do not have the product. I am very certain I also picked the subscription that was supposed to be very 3 months yet they charged me a month later and the second charge was double the first. This is an absolute scam. They completely lack compassion, common sense or any proper customer service.

Warning! SCAM COMPANY!!!

This company charged me $107.00 for 6 packs of gum on their subscription I never even knew was started after I ordered my first set of gum. It was very hard to figure out how to cancel the subscription service, but did eventually figure it out. I asked for a return by email, because they do not have a phone line customer service representative. They would not send a label, so I sent it back to the address they sent it from and I have not received a reimbursement and assume I will not be receiving a reimbursement. What a scam!!! Do NOT get caught-up with this lying company. They even said easy returns in their add. The gum is also garbage. Looses flavor within 20min, its tiny, very tough and dense.

The products really work!

The products are fluoride free and really do work! I have multiple missing teeth and I am in pain from all the cavities and demineralized teeth and I have pain from inflammation and sensitivity to hot and cold. LarineCo products really work!

Horrible Customer Service, have been charged multiple times with no refund

They’ve been charging me for two months and sending me product when I asked them to cancel my subscription, since there is no place where I can cancel myself. They told me they sent a link and when I get into the link, there was no cancellation area. I’ve been talking to them for months now to stop my subscription and they refused to refund. There’s a representative that tells me that they’ll give a one time courtesy refund, but then the next one says sorry we can’t do that. There is no supervisor, horrible customer service!!!! don’t get caught in the trap!!!
