I bought my BMW 430D convertible a week…
I bought my BMW 430D convertible a week before last Christmas from Alex's family used car business in Cardiff. I had an older but same make and model of car used to trade in and myself and friend were treated like VIPs! It was a great day out and the new car has been a joy, just like my previous one, despite two or three minor issues that were sorted out with the 3 month warranty satisfactorily.

Absolute time wasters dragged the process out and then never came out to collect the car and made out some excuse that they were cancelling the purchase.
If you don’t want to buy a car don’t bid on it simple as that !!

An absolute pleasure dealing with these guys, particularly Dan & Rosie. I also dealt with someone on the phone prior to my visit, who was also really helpful (sorry, I forget his name). Went to sell my car here, having had the usual patronising nonsense with other dealers. No nonsense here, just really genuinely nice, polite people, making the whole process of selling my car absolutely seamless. I was nervous about the payment within 24 hours, but money was in my account in less than 24 hours, so absolutely no issues at all. If buying from this place is as good an experience as selling, I would highly recommend going here.
Thanks again to Rosie & Dan and for your kindness in getting me to a train station to get home. It was really appreciated.

Sold my car on the motorway platform to Buy and Go Cars, the experience was so seamless and very very fast. The whole process took around 4 days including pick up and payment .
I know like myself some customers are wary about the 24hour payment policy . The company were very professional and payment was made within the 24 hour period , my car finance was also paid off within this time frame by the company .
The team were super friendly and kind and I would definitely use this company again :)

Excellent customer service
We had been looking for a while for a quality used car and found this company online
Fantastic customer service from our phone call to see if the car was still available as we are not local.on arrive very welcoming and friendly staff. We were allowed to look around the car we had come to see with no sales pressure, very informative about the car and it’s capabilities during the test drive, again no pressure while we took time discuss if this was the car for us.
We were offered a fair price for the car we were trading in. Once we decided to purchase the car again excellent customer service helping us to tax and insure for the car so we could drive away the same afternoon.
If you are looking a quality used car I would highly recommend this family run company.

Great to deal with

Fantastic family run business
Sev and the team at buy and go cars are absolutely fantastic. They quickly gave me a fantastic part ex change price for my car and quickly set me up with finance that was a lot cheaper than I planned for. The whole process sas done within two hours and I picked my new car up yesterday and I couldn’t be happier with it. A full tank of petrol and in immaculate condition to head back home. Popped down for an afternoon to have a look at a 2019 Ford Mustang GT, was greeted promptly by Sizel and Dan who were super nice were thoroughly honest all the way through and not pushy in the slightest when it came to making any decisions. They gave me all the paperwork to look over and a nice test drive route to get full feel of the vehicle before we had any discussions about money.
Dan gave me a honest conversation about valuation on my vehicle I was Part exchanging, and although I would have liked a bit more for it I understood the reasoning why they could not, and the mustang was such a nice car I just had to take it!

Don’t sell you car to this company
Don’t use this company if you are considering selling. I agreed a sale of my BMW to Buy and Go cars over a week ago; collection was due tomorrow. Yesterday I was called saying they wouldn’t be able to collect for another 3 weeks due to a transport issue. When contacted they refused to look into other means to collect the car. So I have had to cancel the sale at great inconvenience to myself.

In the last month have visited loads of car sales places looking for our SUV. Buy & Go cars stands WAY above the rest! Friendly, non pushy, experienced staff from start to finish of sale. Firstly, Ade who recommended this company to us and has since been so very helpful in picking up the range from home and dropping back before and after work and he even hand waxed it for us before collection.
Dan on sales who was so friendly & knowledgeable made us feel really comfortable with lots of information on our test drives. Amy very informative and precise , called her as we Had an issue with the Tow bar on collection not being fitted as sold but with no hesitation called car back in even picked up from house and went above and beyond by arranging to have one fitted at short notice as we were towing our caravan at the weekend along with brand new front brake pads as we had a squeak. What more can I say, buying a car look no further than Buy and Go Cars Ltd. We could not be more impressed. Thank you all Xx
