Poor quality

Supplier forgot to deliver, loads of hassle to get it sorted and the primer used is thick, soft and flaked off in lots of areas so overall poor quality.

Almost impossible to get in contact with Buyabeam as you're put through to your local area automatically.

From initially ordering to collecting the beam every thing went to plan without any problems.The finished item with the drilled holes & red oxide paint finish was perfect.On collection the team at buy a beam were very helpful, cant fault them. Overall a great experience .

I received a txt message about 6-40am…

I received a txt message about 6-40am the morning of delivery saying my two beams would be delivered about 7-40am that morning.I rang the mobile number from the txt message explaining the soonest I could get there was 8am.When I arrived at 8am both beams were left on the driveway next to the skip and a scrap man was in the process of helping himself to them.
Not good delivery service and not enough notice for me to get to the address to meet the driver for delivery.
If these beams had been stolen who would have been responsible to replace them.??
One hour notice to take a delivery in my opinion is not enough time.

Well that the first negative review for steels being delivered too early! Usually people want them as early as possible so they can get them in place asap.

If you order again, please put a note in the instructions box in the checkout so that were are aware of your delivery requirments.

Great Experience

Very easy to use website, loved that I could upload drawings and calcs. This gave the manufacturers a chance to call and discuss my need and confirm every thing with me. Fantastic.
