Beam wasn't very well painted
Beam wasn't very well painted, a section had been missed and on one side it was very patchy. It did arrive on time and they did keep us up to date with the progress. We ordered the beams to the structural engineers specifications, but after ordering, the supplier phoned and tried to get us to have a different size.

This is the first time ordering from Buy A Beam and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the easy to use online ordering app to, having a follow up telephone call from Sophia to check all the dimensions etc, and to confirm everything was correct before production commenced
The beam was delivered by a very pleasant and helpful driver and I was very impressed with the quality of the beam and exactly as I had ordered. I will be needing more beams and can confirm I will definitely use Buy A Beam again for all my needs. Well done for a first class job to everyone involved
