The online order is much delayed

The online order is much delayed. On follow-up emails, there is no reply; on-site chatting also followed up, but no reply. I could not find any phone number for customer report.

I ordered a 1 blade razor 2 half months ago didnt get my order and ive emailed many a time didnt get a refund even after I asked to be sent to a manager no help at all I wouldn't buy there again.

Fake company

Fake company. Ordered a cast iron pan with guaranteed delivery within a short time frame. That date came and went and no pan. They claimed it was stuck in customs. Promised me a refund that never came. Had to claim from my credit card company. It’s a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Still haven't received my ordered after 5 weeks

I ordered some items from them and now its over 5 weeks and I still haven't received anything. I tried to follow this up on their chat service, still got no response. Its extremely unprofessional. Not using them again.

Update: 11/12/25 still no response from BUY3X. Extremely disappointing.

Buy 3X.com is not yet up to mark as a professional online seller; there is a long way to go to meet genuine customer service and satisfaction.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.
If I could give zero star I would.
I bought Amla water for my hair ... Water?... definitely, Amla? ... Not even the smell of it.
Second product was simply not the product I ordered...
They answered to my email, in hindsight, it looks like AI answered, I asked for a refund and they stopped answering.
So keep your money and avoid at all cost !
Update : following their reply, I wrote to them again, they acknowledged receipt and said they would send a return label in a separate email ... It never happened... I have clearly waisted my time and money !

Very poor with deliveries

Very poor with deliveries. Ordered twice still waiting for my second order which is now nearly a month. Now I'm getting no response from customer services I won't be ordering again which is a shame as the products I ordered are good quality.
