Do not subscribe for their service. They will charge multiple times to your credit card without your consent. The bank cannot do anything. I have no idea how these guys can operate so fraudulently without being behind bars.

This outfit's service is mediocre at best. I have sent at least 8 emails over the last month with the only reply being that they have opened a ticket.
My biggest complaint is the last 2 times I subscribed for 1 month of service the billed me 3 times. The most recent time I used a different credit card after removing the previous one from my account on their website, however the day after my payment another charged appeared on the previous credit card.
Summary:
A bunch of low life thieves and fraudsters. Stay Away.

If you'd rather watch spinning arrows instead of actual programming, then definitely subscribe to Gold Club. The buffering is insanely ridiculous. I have download speeds of 940+ MB for internet service, a dedicated ethernet cable connection and 35+ MB download speed on a new Firestick. Firestick is able to stream every other app w/o any buffering issues, but anytime I even attempt to view a Gold Club movie, well... "Let the spinning wheel spin"... BS&T would be proud.

As if this isn't bad enough, watching live sports is even worse... all you will get is constantly repeated disconnect messages of "playback error, reconnect in 3s".

Utterly worthless.

Do not, I repeat, do not mess with these bums! I have had nothing but trouble, since paying for a month service! They will not reply to my emails! They are low life's! This is a horrible iptv provider!

The CSR was extremely rude and obnoxious. I was asking a bunch of questions, so I could decide on the right service and plan for my budget and devices. They called me names, said "stop wasting my time" I asked them about the reviews. They said "prove it" and got very defensive. I sent them a screenshot of the review, they said it was false and the person was posing as a customer, meanwhile they were actually a competitor. This was not true. That every review was a competitor posing as a customer which is completely false.
I am a customer and a victom of extremely unprofessional behavior and treatment. Save yourself the disappointment. Don't waste your money. The trial is awesome. That's how they get you. After that, they scam you and their customer service is horrendous.

Near the end of May 2023 I decided to purchase a trial of Gold Club IPTV. I liked what I saw so I decided to purchase a month of service after the trial. The credentials didn't work and wouldn't let me sign in with their app. Wrote them a support ticket. Took them over a day to get back to me but when they did they were very rude and insisted I was doing something wrong because they should be working. I told them I wasn't and asked if new ones could be sent. They said no and if I wanted new services I'd have to pay for them again. Of course I wasn't going to do that so I obviously asked for a refund because I couldn't use it. Officially no further responses were made after I requested the refund. Just don't even do it and God forbid if you do play it smart and only purchase a months worth.
