I purchased the product and was pleased with it until I started having kidney pain. I reached out and got nothing but a runaround on the return. The responses I believe are AI-generated and very frustrating's I keep getting a response for a discount or a partial return of the funds. I have responded seven times without a clear idea where and how to return the product, I was completely happy with the company up till now, and I will not purchase anything else form them ever.

I tried the product for near 60 days and did not feel a differnece. I did login and cancel my subscriiption that was added to my account so no further charges or shipments were received. However the company claims no hassele money back 60 day guarantee when i emailed them they told me in order to get a refund i had to send the product to china!!! lol and they had to receive it and me show proof or i get no refund!!! My experience with china is addresses are not correct product will never get there and you will receive it back several months later and they will never have to refund you! Not to mention the cost is very expensive maybe 30% of the product 3 bottle like $30 to send it to china. I asked to send to their IN shipping address that was used on my pkg or their WY address listed on their website they claim they dont accept returns there. So Im writing this honest 1 star review to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY DISHONEST!!!! Not to mention they claim it was made in the USA and looks like it was made in China hence why it doesn't work its probalbly not what they claim is in there!!! unregulated not thirdy party tested i recommend you stay away don't waste your money or time even trying it, plus a big risk as you have to fight and backcharge to try to get your money back!!!

I ordered the 3 bottles to start, in the waiting my credit card got compromised and replaced. Primal edge had not sent my 3 bottles even a month later and even sent a message asking how I like the “fictitious “ product , I still hadn’t tried it. Then an email even later saying they needed a credit card to ship my next 3 bottles. By now I still hadn’t received any product and was not notified I had subscribed for auto send another scam. They suck! I contacted them and they promised it was still coming NEVER did . It is months later now and I was ripped off $100 . This is a Buffalo shit scam group.

This company is a scam. They use deceptive practices and will not cancel your subscription when you ask them. They will then charge you and when you complain and ask for a refund, they tell you the product has already been shipped and they cannot refund the money. The product is completely bogus. There are much better products and companies out there.

Warning! After advertising boldly that they guarantee results in 60 days or your money back I finally tried them. Absolutely no results, not willing to refund my money, gave me an invalid return address in CHINA and wouldn't help me find the correct address. Terrible customer service and can't tell that the product is legit at all. Finally refunded 30%. I would never buy here again.

3 weeks for shipping? Really? Sounds like it comes from China which does not boost my confidence in the product... I won't buy again, at least from this source and depending on product quality. Customer service is absolutely NO help....

This company acts like its headquarters are in Wyoming, but they ship the product from China. They offer no reassurances when you state you want American Bison, not funky Chinese scam supplements. Product takes weeks to arrive as well. Avoid this company! Wish I had read the reviews at Trustpilot first.

I canceled my order but they said I didn't cancel properly, so they sent it anyways. Then next month they say my order is shipping out. I made it clear I no longer reside there and that I canceled previous month. They said not properly, what a joke. So I went in again a canceled again. They said it's too late it already shipped. So now I have to wait for them to receive back from return to sender. They'll probably lie about that and.say they never got it

I placed my order May 10, 2026. Today is June 17, 2026 and I have yet to receive it. I've received multiple emails from the company basically stating that it's worth the wait because they make the product fresh instead of it sitting on a shelf for a long time. I'd rather get the product to at least be able to try it instead of those emails. I do not recommend subscribing to get the discount either because the next subscription will be charged to your card before you ever receive the first order.

I wasn't expecting an immediate response as most companies reach out within 24-48 hours. These rapid responses are what keeps me going strong and using it daily. Love the way it makes my chest feel and look. Love the immediate response, it's becoming a game changer!
