I ordered goods three weeks prior to an event and checked they would arrive on time when I ordered. I was told if I paid extra for express postage they would arrive in time. Three days prior to the event I contacted them and they hadn't even sent the goods. I was very upset and cancelled the order. They said that would be fine and I would receive a full refund. They then sent the goods a week later and are refusing to refund me. Customer service were rude, unhelpful and even mocked me. What a horrible experience. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Absolutely brilliant. I was extremely nervous after placing the order for 6 backdrops and then reading the reviews. However the order received within a week and every single backdrop was spotless, accurate match and bright. Great service. And absolute value for money.

So I placed an order for a back drop on the 6.2.23, and based on their "5 - 9 business shipping days" hoped I would receive the item before the 22.2.23 as it was a present. I hadn't received anything by the 15th so sent an email to them. I promptly received an email saying we will post asap, I pressed them for an eta, and was told up to another 10 days. I opened a paypal case up just in case the item didn't arrive as I was thinking I wouldn't receive, however around a week later it turned up, and I was pleasantly surprised, and the person who I purchased it for also liked so all good. So I think the main problem in my experience is the shipping times, they should advertise 15 - 28 shipping days just to be sure, bearing in mind these are WAY cheaper than anything you can get in the UK.

Buy-backdrop is a very reliable website. I bought many photographic background here, experience is very good. The website interface is clear and the purchase process is simple. And their delivery is fast. I can receive the goods in a short time.

The material of the photography background is very good, it is not easy to wrinkle, and the color is bright. The effect of shooting is very good. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product!

I ordered two backdrops on 4th January and I got them a week later. One was perfect but the other one was far too big and not the same as it's picture. No paperwork whatsoever in parcel. I contacted them and after three days they replied and told me to send it back which I did unfortunately as it cost me £17.65. That was on 16th January. They did not reply to any emails until I told them that I was just getting messed about. Now they are saying they didn't get it back even though I sent a photo of my return receipt.
I am totally disappointed with them and I did want to order more backdrops but NEVER AGAIN

I purchased a photo backdrop that was a complete waste of money. Upon arrival, it was folded instead of rolled which caused an abundance of wrinkles and creases that made it completely unusable. No amount of ironing or steaming could get rid of the wrinkles. The product was marketed as a high-quality, professional backdrop, but the reality was far from that. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone and I'm very disappointed with my purchase. Save your money and invest in a better quality backdrop that will actually serve its purpose.

I ordered a non-customized backdrop on 12/13/22. When I noticed it had not yet shipped, I paid to upgrade shipping on 12/16/22. I was advised then they take an unspecified time to "produce"- I found this weird as I ordered a generic, non-customized one and was not notified of this at checkout but took them at their word. Did some digging on their website and it stated that typically took 5-7 days. Wish I had been advised at checkout but it was too late. I attempted to email them on 12/21/22 as well as 12/26/22 using their "contact us" box on their website as I was getting no order updates, but I don't think it worked because I never got a response or confirmation. Finally, I emailed them directly using an email I found online and received a response on 12/27/22 stating they would ship the item that day. They shipped the item on December 30th, which was 18 DAYS after I had ordered it, with the expectation that it would arrive in 8-12 days per the shipping I paid for. The item I received was flimsy, had many creases, and smelled very bad. It also had large block numbers in the corner, which I assume is how they keep in stock. Considering the price and the wait, if they are truly "producing" them upon request, that could have been easily removed. Poor experience, from the shipping to the customer service to the product itself.

Should have checked the reviews on here first! Says on website orders are dispatched 2 days after payment and delivered in 9-12. I ordered onn30th Oct and it wasn't even dispatched until 19th Nov! I needed it for a project and it was too late. Had to buy an alternative at short notice. The customer service has been shocking. Didn't reply until days later, haven't apologised once and have told me to send it back to them at my own expense to China! ...what and then cross my fingers for a refund? Don't think so!

I am very disappointed. I ordered over a month ago, and have still not received my product. It was over $100, and I need it for a show this week. They do not respond to emails or chats except in the middle of the night, and they don't answer the questions. (Guess they are in China). All I want is my product or a tracking number, and I have neither.

Stay away!! They don't care about their customers.

I should have checked their reviews rating before buying from them. I have emailed them a few times and they don't reply at all.

This site is serious scam, products are piece of crap, almost joke. All paper thin cheap fabric, nothing like photography backdrop quality at all. When I tried to return, their chatbot showed address somewhere in China, it costed me around $100 to ship!
after 2 months the tracking shows items are missing.
Also they never replied to my email about refund.

This is a scam DO NOT ORDER, you will not get product to start with and if you lucky enough to get deliver will be CRAP. My ordered number 202279179 ordered on 12th July got nothing. sent so many emails no reply.
Save your money and don't bother ordering you are wasting your money and time.

Website is beautiful. What you receive is Nothing like what you ordered. The picture is enlarged so much that it is just a blur of colors....and not pretty colors! I read return policies and looks like since mine was not damaged I am stuck with it. I can't imagine anyone who takes photographs being happy with this.

Purchased two backdrops - one was printed properly, the other had colour splotches all over and was frayed. As other reviews have mentioned, they arrived folded and therefore have crease marks all over them - which do not drop out despite hanging for a week. I tried to contact the company re the defective backdrop, but received no responses. Thankfully I had paid with Paypal so raised a dispute with them and received a refund for the defective one. I wouldn't recommend this company.

My backdrops were standard sizes and standard colours and arrived within a decent delivery time (3 weeks). Problem is they were folded so aren't usable. I've followed the site's suggestions to remove creases which don't work so even tried to iron low dry iron from the back (which only discolours the product whilst creases still remain). For plain colours, this would have been great if the creases didn't exist. But they do, so they're unusable.
In hindsight, everything now looks dodgey and staged: the reviews, the lack of option to review the product on their website, the fact that they don't send an invoice (just a confirmation that product has been sent). I have no evidence of purchase!

Not even worth 1 star its a scam my order has been in shipping for 77days now and no one reply to emails. Load of bull, don't be sucked in like me it isn't worth $1

The tone of the conversation was very cold as if you were talking to the machine. The delivery time given by buy-backdrops is usually a lie that aims to lure the customer with a short wait for the shipment. The quality of the product also leaves a lot to be desired. If you care about time and quality, I do not recommend buy-backdrops.

Horrible don’t buy, even if it’s cheap. The print has nothing to do with the print in the photo, I would mot want it even if it was for free.
