I hate that the product was so expensive and yet when it arrived it had to be assembled by me. Surly you could send me a product which was ready to go. Now I have pay an electrician to assemble the switch.

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us today.
Our new UK Modular was designed this way as our previous range always came complete, which meant if there was any damage or breakage to the switch, the whole unit would have to be replaced. But also it gives our clients the versatility to change toggle switches to dimmers by purchasing the modules etc.
