The level of assistance I experienced, was truly one of the best. All thanks to Jessica. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Jessica and I look forward to using your services again and will definitely be recomnending you to family and friends.❤️

I had not heard of this company and came across them as I was looking for flights.
From the moment I contacted Edi I knew I was in good hands. The level of service he provided was unrivalled and I was impressed that they were able to get me premium economy flights when I wanted for such a great price. The follow up service was outstanding and unexpected.

Business flight shop have been excellent in securing us the best flights available with great prices, Edi was our first point of contact and he went above and beyond to secure us the best deal, Mark also helped us immensely, they are both a credit to the company

I like to avoid speaking over the phone as much as possible so was thrilled to do the entire booking over messaging.
Sara was very helpful and flexible with dates and found the best deal possible. It's nice to know the flights are taken care of without worrying about false prices and scams. Would definitely use again

Eddy was very helpful

We have booked several times with Edi. Always fast, efficient and responsive. We don’t look elsewhere these days.

The booking executive was highly professional and handled my request with great efficiency. The entire process was smooth and quick. I appreciate the clarity and attention to detail. Thank you Edi. Keep up the good work….

I recently booked my tickets from the UK to India with the help of Eddie at Business Flight Shop, and the experience was excellent. Eddie was exceptionally helpful throughout the process—he listened carefully to my requirements, was patient with my questions, and made sure I understood all the options available. He found me great flight deals quickly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole booking experience smooth and stress-free. Eddie’s friendly and professional approach gave me complete confidence in my travel plans. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and attentive service when booking their flights

Both Jessica & Mark were so helpful in getting me the best deal on business class flights from London to Perth. They knew all the details which made it quicker & easier than trying to do it myself

Flights to NZ
Amazing quick response, fantastic deal, all questions answered.
I would definitely use again.

Made the booking process smooth. Attentive and listened to what we wanted and made changes accordingly which was very helpful. Also got us an additional return connection from Bali to Singapore that we had planned to book later ourselves. Very very good service that was.

I have travelled a great deal and in the bank of experience I have learned. Customer Service is all about being personal and connecting and understanding the customers perspective. Eddie was exemplary when my schedule was completely blown up by the airline. He recovered the situation eloquently and I would without doubt recommend his highly professional and knowledgeable services. recovering a situation when it all goes wrong is a critical indicator for me of understanding the Customer's perspective. I have experience in my life two sorts of people in Customer Service those who are ordinary and those who are extraordinary. I would without hesitation put Eddie in the extraordinary category and I would like to think that you will feel safe safe secure and certain in his capable hands.

Excellent promt service
