Business Class International Recenzje

Excellent service. Steve was very helpful and explained my options clearly. Fully recommend there service

Prompt and knowledgable service. Got the order!

Good response to query, they called back when promised, were able to cope patiently with multiple dates and itineraries. Recommended.

Just to say that everything was brilliant until the experience at Ecran on the return journey. We arrived at the airport and was told to Q up with the economy class. We were very surprised and insisted that we were business class but completely ignored.
To add insult to injury when we at last arrived to board the plane we found that there were business class passengers already seated. So this begs the question why were we ignored.
When arriving at Istanbul the business class entrance was opened to all passengers and again we had to queue, a few frustrations which I know you can deal with.
Regards,
Audrey

Have returned to Trailfinders after giving Business Class International a try. Although an attractive price had been offered my partner encountered a few errors. Jack dealt with our request but issues arose which my partner did not expect. Next time we will pay slightly more but live in the knowledge the job has been done correctly.

Try them you will thank me! Have used various agents and direct bookings in the past and have found Richard at Business Class excellent for booking our flights this time. Richard was diligent in his research, proposals and eventual booking for us and I will certainly be using Business Class again and again. Well done team Business Class.

Have been using Business Class International for a few years now to book travel to New Zealand. They work hard to get great deals.

Recently had to return early from an overseas trip for medical reasons. Absolutely top service. Quickly sorted out with no hassle. Couldn't have asked for more help getting back.

Great service and prices, Steve was very proffesional and got me a great deal at short notice

Extremely happy with the level of service and the excellent deal on our 1st class tickets. Highly recommend

I have been really pleased with the service from Business Class International and in Particular Richard has been very helpful. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful, felt they gave me the best deal available

My flight requests were handled quickly and efficiently . Questions answered promptly and the whole exercise was pain free. E tickets delivered to email that day and hard copy followed shortly by post.
Excellent service as always

Excellent professional and friendly service from Steve. Alan

Kee Villiers provides an excellent service. He was extremely helpful and patient. He gave and maintained clear and precise communication throughout. I didn’t feel pressurised to make a decision as I was given time to look at a number of possible deals and alternatives. I would most certainly use Business Class International again and would recommend friends and relatives to use it too.

I haven't actually taken the trip yet so I can't speak to the full experience but the process of booking was a very good one. Richard was very patient in answering all my questions and checking lots of different options. He found me a great deal on Business flights for Christmas. I'm very much looking forward to the trip!

Update: I've now taken the trip and everything ran really smoothly and was excellent! All made better by the fact that I hadn't paid a fortune to be there. Thanks Richard!

Richard was very thorough and did a good job for me. This is much appreciated

Great service, Jack was very efficient and helpful.

So far the service has been excellent, but it is related to booking flights for January.
The price quoted was excellent and very competitive. Stephen was able to answer all my questions. I normally book my flights directly with the airline but will seriously consider using this company again
