I needed to share my experience and let people know how amazing the service of Cecilia Rodriguez was for me. During my recent trip to Thailand I had an adventure from start to finish with my flights booked through business Class Consolidator, and from start to finish Cecilia and team was there for me. My trip started with a delayed flight due to a snow storm, Cecilia acted quickly arranged for another flight out as soon as it was possible and I was gone within 24 hrs. In hopes that this would be my only issue, 😩, my return flight was cancelled, due to the war in the Middle East (you can’t make this stuff up). Although I was in a panic, once again, Cecilia and team worked diligently to get me on a flight back to the states. It wasn’t just the fact they arranged for a return flight in a timely manor, it was much more than that. Cecilia, spoke with me on a daily basis, no matter what time of the day and even through times of which I am sure was her personal time ensuring my issue was being handled and was more of a friend then just treating me as a business transaction. I sincerely want to thank Cecilia for everything she did for me specifically. I hope management at business class consolidators understands what a gem they have here in Cecilia. What was a rough trip due to circumstances out of our control was truly handled with care and concern. Thank you Cecilia.

I have worked with Julz Maxwell several times with Business consolidator. I have never worked with anyone that was so amazing! I would give her a 12 on a 1 to 10 scale easily. She not only is so knowledgeable, but she is also very polite, kind, generous, patient, understanding, sympathetic, incredible and goes way over and above the call of duty. Actually, I have recommended her and Business consolidator two people before. If you ever need a really good Business Class or first class seat on any airline in any direction she can accomplish it. She never gives up and she’s quick. Sometimes I give her a mission to accomplish before the airlines are open for dates that far in advance. But once they open up, she’s emailing me with my answers. She’s so patient once she emailed me with a ticket that I had requested her to work on when it came available months before and the email came in while I was in the middle of the ocean in Australia and was going to be gone another month and I told her I had to wait until I got home so I could see everything else that dates and everything and she said no problem. Let me know when you get home and want to work on this and I did and she accomplished it. I don’t know what else to say other than she is the best. And she’s just as kind if I say no I don’t like that one or I don’t like to flown that airline she’s fine with it. Like I said, kind, patient, considerate, and one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve ever worked with, and I am grateful. And Business consolidator is just as blessed to have her as an employee as I am to have her as my travel agent.

After filing a concern the company made it right by giving voucchers to make up for the charging error.

I received a text that my international flight was canceled the morning of travel and the airlines could find no alternative itineraries. Firuz worked diligently to find an almost identical itinerary on another airline. He truly saved the day and the new flight completed seamlessly. Additionally he’s not even my assigned agent but happened to be covering as it was a holiday.

I had an excellent experience working with Firuz. He was incredibly patient, supportive, and truly took the time to understand my family’s specific needs. Throughout the entire process, he guided us with encouragement, answered every question, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our travel plans. Husband and I booked a river cruise with Airfare included. Premium Economy only. I decided to try Business Class Consolidators to compare the airfare. In fact, the price BCC provided was $2000 less expensive for us as a couple, better connections (2; not 3). Due to a need for emergency surgery, we needed to change our reservations twice … with necessary fees to bring us to the original tour price … but, in Business Class, not Premium Economy. I will reach out again when health needs allow.
