Business Alberta Online is a Canadian company specialized in one-stop incorporation and business registration services in Alberta at a very affordable cost. It is a registered member of Corporations Canada. The company has its own lawyers and chartered accountants and, therefore can offer complete service packages which includes a Name Search Report (NUANS Report), Corporation’s Name Approval, CRA Business Number Registration, Set up a corporate tax account, WCB registration, payroll account set up, import-export account set up, corporate seal, domain name registration and share certificates. The company has its own corporate lawyers and legal team. Our legal team prepares the article of incorporation (standard and customized both), by-laws of the corporation, resolutions and minutes and all other legal documents for the corporation. Once all legal papers are prepared. Then we instantly register in government corporate registry system and send the certificate of incorporation.

Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. They charge me $249 plus gst for corporate annual return, while they put $99 for their filing fee, and $150 for government fees. I can accept their service fees no matter how high you want to charge; however, how can you fake government fees. I now pay only $100 to my accountant for his service and the government fee. They are clearly fooling their clients by faking government fees. Don't ever trust them.
