We were in a desperate position the partners car had ceased to start, couldn't sort quickly missed a client meeting, called Luke on Sunday, called me straight back, he was away but could sort a viewing, sorted we were late due to crazy sat nav directions, met Jacob, Luke's son test drive perfect, car as described, great communication, fair price, great service, these guys went the extra mile when I needed a car solution quickly, brilliant

Buying a car can be a daunting experience, especialy if, like me, you are not much of a "petrol head". I wanted a small reliable car but with good amount of flexible storage space. Luke made a real effort to fully understand what was important to me and then found me a superb Honda Jazz. It is in excellent condition, inside and out, has low mileage and runs like a dream. Luke was open and clear on the details of the car. A totally straight up chap to deal with. We are very happy with the high quality Audi SQ5 he sold us.

Luke sold my car for me which was quite a high spec SQ5. He was thoroughly professional in all aspects and if you have a premium car and want to maximise the benefit for yourself and the buyer's experience (and remove the hassle), I would really recommend commissioning Luke to sell your vehicle.

I’d had my heart set on a Mini Cooper as my first car but despite looking for some time, hadn’t had any luck with finding one that matched my requirements and my budget. Then I found Luke had exactly the car I was looking for. Even though I live a couple hours drive from Burnt Hill Motors and wasn’t able to get to see the car straight away, it was no trouble arranging a convenient time with Luke to see it. The car was every bit as stunning as it had looked in the detailed photos Luke had advertised, which were so helpful when deciding whether to make the journey to see it. Luke could not have been nicer or more helpful, with lots of useful advice for a first time buyer/Mini owner, and I didn’t feel under any pressure whatsoever. I was able to take my time looking over it and enjoyed a lovely test-drive. When I came back a few days later to collect my Mini, Luke even picked me up from the train station which was a massive help. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience buying my first car and would 100% recommend Luke & Burnt Hill Motors.

I was looking for a mini with specific spec and colour. Luke couldn't have bent over backwards more to help me find one. Once found I went to meet with Luke, we test drove the car and agreed the purchase. Three days later I came back (Luke met me at the station) to collect the car after he had fully prepared it for me and i drove the car away. Luke is a shining example of how car sales and car business should be run. Cant recommend Luke high enough.
