I’ve been buying from Burman’s health shop for nearly 2 years now, I can never say enough good things about them & their services, very nice people, especially Marty & Paul! Such amazing guys, I’d definitely recommend them to family & friends & anyone who’s looking for amazing services & quality products & most importantly very honest people, they always do what they say & stand behind their great products, I’ll continue to purchase from them, thank you Marty & Paul for helping me & took care of me last week when i reached out to them, all I did was sent them a message on their website! & they reached out to me so quick within 5 minutes, & they were very helpful & took care of me & placed my order, also a quick shipping, fast delivery with FedEx, ALWAYS ON THE, right on the estimated delivery time.

These people are so nice and I got my gummies in record time. 3 days. I am so pleased. I have complaints about shipping times with other companies. 10 days and counting with one so I am thrilled with this. I will be sending them my business in the future.

Don assisted me when the website was under construction. By far the MOST amazing service I have had online. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. He knew about majority of the products and had the knowledge to let me know exactly what I should get (he was spot on). Paul helped me navigate the website, he helped me step by step to get me where I needed. This company of people are amazing I would suggest this place to anyone and everyone. Not only for the amazing service, I got my order within 2 days.

just got ripped off by a website. I thought it looked good because the reviews on google and Reddit were great..there Name is burmanshealthshop.com. Pray 🙏 They get back to me and I hope it's just a saturday thing Maybe but I know that my funds were deducted after the Zelle payment was sent to them And They got it So I know they got it, and I never did not receive a response yet that I paid a Company before you know.

I even tried to let them know by text to the phone number that They have on the website. 😔 I did Not Expect this after all the amazingly good Reviews From Google nqmd trustpiolot but ii guess I'm out 85 bucks....Ah damnit lol what do you guys Think or do if u were Me.Now..... 😔. I gave them 3 stars to stay neutral i hope they will Not Rob Me

I have all receipts pictures and everything if anyone wants To see.....they officially Robed me ive heard no response at all email or text wise back at all.....unbelievable

I noticed that they have a high review score. I don't know why because they don't know what they are talking about. First, they don't put the back labels on their products on the website. You have to call to get information. The product that I was looking at had multiple ingredients and there was no dosage amount of each ingredient.
The people in this business have very limited information or knowledge of what they are selling. I think what they have on their website is cut and pasted from the internet - which is very common today. I asked one man that I spoke with how do you get away with this? H told me that the way they get around it is by saying that they are selling research items. This puts the burden on the customer to figure out how to use the product. But even a research item lists each ingredient, information about the ingredients which gives a person a starting point.

DON'T buy from them. In most states you can THC, etc and even the sales-person in the store knows more than they do.

I recently stumbled across them and I’m glad I did. Simply put, wonderful customer service. I’ve now shopped with them several times because they are wonderful to work with! Do your own research but it’s a local shop for some but the rest of us here are patrons of their website. They always are easy to talk to. It feels almost as if they’re your neighbors, that level of personable service and a breeze to make sure you get your order right. All I have left to say is, definitely consider them for your next purchase but first, go to the site and just live chat with them. They’ll get back to you usually in a couple min to about an hour at worst so far, so chat with them and see if you too feel the comfortable customer experience :). Thanks again for taking the time to fix my 2nd to last order as well (they were waiting on a shipment and allowed me to swap out my order if I didn’t want to wait a day or two until their very later shipment, not their fault obviously, so they definitely made it simple to just swap it for the competition similarly priced supplement and all, and made me sure it was a good solution. Just one of the best experiences I’ve had working with a business online!)

Paid a lot to get an order shipped next day. Took 7 days to arrive. When I complained I was told I would get a partial refund and never did.

I've been to a lot of health shops in my life and Burman's is by far the best. By far! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and never too busy to answer questions. I hate shopping, but I actually enjoy going to Burman's.

This was my first time ordering from Burman's Health Shop. They had the product (Hempettes) that I needed for less than any other place online. I was shocked at how fast the shipping was (2-3 days) I had my ordered delivered in perfect condition. I recieved a very nice thank you email from them. They really seem like really nice people. I will definitely be ordering from this company again soon

Everyone at Burnan's is very well versed in the products they carry. Always happy to answer any questions I have and never make me feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. I have ordered some regular CBD products that have been very beneficial. They have great specials and UPS it to me in a day or two since I don't live close by. Definitely 5 ☆☆☆☆☆
