Efficient, speedy service.

ordered online. it was shipped late and missed my daughter’s birthday. One item is missing due to out of stock, emailed the shop twice regarding the refund, no response in the last three days. Not good service !

Had to write a review after shopping with Bunka for the first time since so much care and attention was given to my order. Items individually wrapped with cute stickers and well packaged with fragile labelling. This company go above the norm, and it made my post fun to open. Thanks for the good shopping experience and prompt shipping

Love bunka my bank balance doesn’t 😂 staff are always lovely and friendly. I think you should do a Loyalty card say you spend so much you get stamp and after 5/6 stamps you get £5 off you next Purchase

I have been trying to source a highly-sought after product for my daughter and went to Beckenham Bunka last week, but didn't have any luck. Kelly very kindly took my details - making no promises! - saying she would keep an eye out during the upcoming deliveries. She called me this morning to say she had the product and would hold it for me! Thank you so much! We've been shopping in Bunka for a while now and the staff have always been helpful/let us browse for as long as we want to, but the customer service received on this occasion was exceptional.
