just wanted to let everyone know that this company will not stand buy their pricing. I ordered 500 oz of silver got confirmation, sent payment only to be told that they made a mistake and would not ship coins that I bought unless I paid extra 4 dollars a coin.2000 difference. They were also very rude.needless to say,I will not be buying from them ever again.

I went to purchase 2 sleeves of 2023 American Eagles, when prices were good. Was paying just about $1300, a little over. I'm waiting, waiting waiting, nothing.. I've been trying to log in, and my account won't let me in. I finally call when I can, only to find out they said "Oh we tried to get in contact with you" I received nothing. They cancelled my order on March 23rd, won't honor it, want me to send a selfie holding my ID, you have to be kidding me. They wont honor my order and now for the same 2 sleeves I'd be paying $1540, no thanks. You're in the industry, talk to Apmex, JM Bullion, ask them how much bullion I've bought from them. I ran a sample order because my friend suggested I tried you out. NO THANK YOU. Best price or not, I'd rather pay $25 more per sleeve on a separate website than have to deal with this business.

I was going to make a purchase only to have my account suspended. Per the rep on the chat, they stated that I was "high risk" and I was not able to make any purchase. They gave me no opportunity to make my case that I am not high risk. Never-the-less, my inquires have gone unanswered. I believe they may be exercising ESG (environmental, social & governance) practices; which are illegal in many states. I would not recommend any patriot to purchase from a dealer who is not going to be transparent with it's clients.

I recently ordered from them because they had the best price on that particular coin. I got 2 2023 Armenia Noah Arch 1 ounce Silver 500 dram. Great price and they take Bitcoin!. My CC was declining didn’t like the PO Box. But Bitcoin don’t care about the address matching. So convenient and the coins were immaculate of I graded them it would be ms70 for sure.

I ordered 5 silver BU coins (x3 Maple's & x2 Britannia's) on Dec. 10th; it didn't ship until the 16th, and I received it the 22nd.

As I opened the package and inspected the coins, I seen that the one Britannia had a pretty decent sized gash across her dress from another coin's edge being dropped right on it.

I contacted support and explained the issue, and they told me its not a QC problem as they don't view the coin as damaged because apparently they will buy it back at the same price regardless....

I understand that coins are usually not perfect, and have spots and little dings (as all 5 do), but this is around a quarter to a half of an inch gash right across her dress, basically in the middle of the coin...

No dealer is going to pay the same for this as the other Britannia, I would definitely take a bigger loss on this one if I were to sell it.

Take what you will from this experience, just know I will not be shopping there anymore.

First, let me say they had a good price on silver Krugs, and they accept e-checks. The coins were well packed and in sealed tubes of 25. My issue, I received them the same day as I received an order, also using e-checks, that was placed SIX DAYS AFTER I was notified of payment to BE. When I called, I was told that was how they did things and they would let me know when it shipped.

This is my 5th order in the past month. It's very easy to navigate their website, their prices are among the best online and shipping is precise and fast. I'm sure there will be more orders in the future.

I am impressed with how they handle their customers. Fees are a little bit on the lower side.
