I don't remember that I had so many problems just signing in quite some time ago when I ordered from you. I believe you need to reconstruct your website from the bottom up.

Small leak
I love bcf and I've purchased from them a few times now but the last 2 times a bottle or 2 leaked and i could tell they weren't tightened all the way. Other than that they're great.

Ive been a customer of bull city for over 10 years, and never have a problem. The only thing that has me a little angry lately is them not offering free shipping on the 16oz bottles any more. It used to be a great way to save a few bucks by ordering in bulk for flavors i use a lot of, but adding the shipping in there defeats the purpose. Other than that 5 stars!

We also hear you loud and clear on the 16oz bulk bottles. As carrier rates on heavy liquid shipments have climbed over the years, absorbing full shipping on large bottles became unsustainable. To help offset that cost for our bulk buyers, we introduced our tiered coupon system so you can still save on larger orders while keeping our base concentrate prices as low as possible.
