Bulhawk Recenzje

I can not recommend this company more highly, they go the extra mile and more! Their products are excellent and very good value for money, the quality and price make them affordable. They do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it!
The staff are really friendly and helpful! I got my gazebos on time and they look brilliant, especially the bespoke signage, which was not expensive!

Amazing Service

I needed to buy a replacement cover to fit my original frame, Jon was a great help in sorting this for me.

Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future.

This is a follow up review.

Incredibly professional company who put their customers first every time, all the time.

I had a slight problem with damage to part of a gazebo I ordered that no doubt was caused by the delivery company yet Jon dealt with it immediately and sent out a replacement item.

I can't recommend Bulhawk too highly.

First rate company. Five stars. *****

Outstanding Service!!
Jon has been so helpful and amazing and I am so happy with my canopy...Also the help from Nick with the design was really appreciated.
Anyone wanting to purchase a gazebo or require a design printed this is the company to go to!
Thank you once again Bulhawk ❤️

Outstanding
This company is fantastic. From start to finish nothing but the best. The quality of the products are second to none.

Absolutely.Amazing company gave me lots of advice all through Christmas. When I had problems with condensation advised me not to leave it up for too long. However, we have actually left it up since November last year.It has withstood 90 mph storms.(
it is screwed down very well) And is the strongest made gazebo we've ever owned... it was an amazingly magical grotto seating 20 for Christmas dinner, We have used it as storage for building work since and are now about to use it for an annual garden party with another one beside it, Another plus is every part is replaceable, Already looking to purchase another.

What fantastic after sales team I had the absolute pleasure to deal with. My question was answered quickly and very efficiently. The product a 3x4.5m has been great,. quality is fantastic and so to are the people who work there.

I would recommend the products to all

The team at Bulhawk were very polite and provided great customer service when I had an issue following my delivery.

The issue was dealt with in an efficient manner and I am extremely happy with the product.

Thanks

What a fantastic service! I ordered some gazebo bags from Bulhawk and spoke to a lovely team member who organised delivery of the item asap when I asked for a speedy delivery option. The bags look well made and very affordable. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased a 3x4.5m gazebo and could not be happier. Yes, these are more premium compared to the others on the market but the sturdiness of the frame and quality of the materials are second to none and you get what you pay for. Above all else the customer service is amazing and are very quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Special thanks to Rebecca for her 5 star service.

Highly recommend and would definitely buy from here again!

Dealt with this company a few times now and I have to say that the products are great and the service is exceptional from speaking to really lovely people to the amazing speed of delivery and the customer service, help and advice is second to none 😀
Totally would recommend 👌
Thank you so much gang ,you should be proud of yourselves 💯

Great customer care! Rebecca was so helpful from the first email sent to the very last email. Listen to everything that was needed and help choose the right gazebo for what we was looking for, there was no hard sale at like other places do to get the sale. Bulhawk gazebos was easy to work with and they are very patient all the way through and get updates all they way through the process. And next day delivery!

Thank you for a great experience and will definitely use you in the future!

The whole experience of dealing with Bulhawk has been wonderful, from phoning to enquire about delivery time (great to make a call and getting a helpful real person straight away!) to a very speedy delivery today.
We have put it up this evening and it is easy to assemble, looks good and is very well made.
So thank you very much and I will recommend you to anyone we know who may be thinking of buying a gazeebo.

Purchased 3x3 gazebo for King's College, Cambridge and very pleased with the gazebo.
What I was more impressed with was the amazing customer aftercare when the 3rd party courier damaged it. Bulhawk where forthcoming and swift to resolve this problem at no extra cost to me.
I deal in procurement on a daily basis and I cannot overstate how good their customer service is as well as their product.

Have a 4.5x3m gazebo with the premium 32 sides and roof. Have had to replace the sides and roof each year due to lack of care from myself, the structure is 3 years old and looks brand new. Every time I have had to deal with Bulhawk they have been helpful and provided excellent customer service to go with an excellent product. I could not recommend their gazebos highly enough, creates a lovely indoor/outdoor space in our garden for the sofas and a projector on the end wall with 120” screen. Would highly recommend Bulhawk to anyone who is looking for a top quality gazebo for business or pleasure.

Purchased a 3 x 4.5m gazebo and well pleased. Delivery of both gazebo & separately ordered accessories was exceptionally quick. Gazebo itself very well made. Had purchased to store garage contents for 2 weeks during renovations, so was a bit worried to read in the instructions not to leave up overnight! Needn't have worried though, building work took 2 months but gazebo weathered rain & 2 official storms. Only moisture to get in was as a result of heavy frost. So don't do this at home (!), but I can guarantee the gazebos are waterproof.
