More time will be spent hanging around to be hung than there was hanging around waiting for it to arrive
! was kept fully informed on the progress of the order; not just when something happened but when something was going to happen. Even then I was caught by surprise on delivery day: I barley had time to ask myself who was desperately trying to ring me when there was a knock and man, with a door, at my door. Which was well packaged, by the way, and is now waiting for me (not so promptly) to prepare and hang it.
Thank you.

Ordered 5x bags of self leveller early hours Wednesday 17th August. On Monday 22nd had still not heard back from company with delivery date. Explained that goods where required asap as fitters had been booked got told it could take up to 48hrs to receive an update.
