Cancelled
Currently using the site. Very much in favour of the customer not the business. I see the benefits to it but it means chasing alot of tyre kickers.
If I had a job id advertise it here but as a business owner on this side its OK not great.
Ive cancelled my subscription as unless you sit there waiting for the jobs like a hawk you have 0 chance getting anything.
Making money from 2-3 companies who may not even get the job.

Hi Mike,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback.
We know appliance repair requires a different approach to other trades, and we appreciate you giving us a go over the past 6 months. Zach from our team gave you a call to help with your account, and I'm glad it's all sorted.
Your 4.7 rating from customers is a great result, so thanks for looking after the people you worked with. All the best with the business.
Cheers, Rach @ BC.
Great to connect me with tradies ready to start promptly
Great to connect me with tradies available soon for small jobs that need doing promptly where we don't already have a regular provider. Carpentry work just completed was done well by nice guy. Indications of interested providers came in really fast (within an hour or two, with one on site to estimate costs by next day).
The one time comms broke down a few months ago (different company for other work), Builderscrack promptly helped things get things moving again.

It is an easy platform to use
It is an easy platform to use, and customers can quickly receive quotes from 2–3 tradies. This helps them choose a qualified person based on direct interaction, which is excellent. If any issue arises, Builders Crack is proactive and provides great support — something very valuable in today’s busy world.

Needing work done immediately with no prior knowledge of the area.
I was only in the area for 4 days and I needed work done immediately and was unsure how to find the right tradie.
And then I remembered I had used Builderscrack.co.nz to find tradies previously for another work situation.
Builderscrack was easy to use and the perfect tradie was found. Day 1 we had a quote and by day 3 the work was completed to an excellent standard.
I am very grateful to Builderscrack to have professional workers on their site which can be accessed easily and is user friendly.

So easy!
We purchased wall paper for feature walls 3 months ago. After calling multiple wall paper installers we had no committed time for install, and /or didn't come back to us.
With builders crack we had a quote lined up and confirmed within minutes, and the job done within days!
100% would use again .
