From ordering online to receiving phone calls to tell us when delivery is going to be was great . And to the delivery team who sat the delivery close to where I needed it when I wasn't onsite that was really helpful. great company to order from and will be using again soon

Initially some parts of the order were unavailable for delivery on the expected day, however Ben found a solution and communicated throughout.

Buy stuff online for collection later within 3 hours. Did not happen, so went up to the premises at 4.30pm as website says they closed at 5pm. Staff were leaving as I arrived and was told that they close at 4.30pm and the items I was looking for were at a different place which is not mentioned anywhere on the Web site. Called the the following morning and told to go up and get paperwork to take to their other place on Regent Street and collect my items from there. I was told I should have received a phone call to say my items were ready for collection, I never got a call.

Very helpful and friendly during initial telephone enquiry. Prompt and efficient when I arrived to collect the items. The on-line system for purchase and payment is easy to use. Overall - an excellent experience. Would thoroughly recommend this organisation.

DUNOON STAFF ARE AMAZING - BUT zero stars for the marketing/ Quote reminders sent on a Sunday morning by their mail-chimp. I occasionally get that one day off!

Marketing department is a joke asking depot staff to contact sole-traders during work hours just to remind them that Build Depot exist. Twice in a month I've been raging with the direction they are taking.

That's three pipelined quotes that I was going to accept that I have handed on a plate to other suppliers.

​I had a great experience ordering from Build Depot. The ordering process itself was incredibly easy and straightforward. Shortly after placing it, I received a phone call from them to confirm all the details, which was a really nice, reassuring touch.
​I managed to get myself a bit mixed up regarding the delivery times, but their customer service team was incredibly helpful and sorted out my confusion straight away without any hassle. To top it off, the delivery driver was fantastic—brilliantly helpful and friendly when dropping everything off.

Good delivery service

Received a message on the day of delivery stating the time frame would be “blank”. The delivery driver was great, helped with the unloading.

Unfortunately they sent two wrong lengths of fence rails which meant I couldn’t finish the job.

Excellent service, friendly staff would recommend and use again.
