I ordered a Giant African Land snail from this shop only for the order to be cancelled. I was very disappointed as I was ready for the snail to arrive. I checked on the website and the snail I ordered was strangely marked out of stock even though they were in stock and I was able to purchase one a few days prior. I received no explanation for this. I have now successfully purchased a snail from another store

When we spoke on the phone the lady was very informative and helpful but unfortunately we’ve never received anything from them as both of the orders I did were refunded a few days later saying they were out of stock now. I had to go elsewhere because I needed the items for Christmas.

Bug pets has been brilliantly helpful, I had so many questions before ordering a Praying Mantis for my nephew’s birthday and Cathy got back to me quickly every time. Malachite (as she has since been named as she is green and African) arrived on time and in fine shape with all her associated housing, plants, kit and food, immediately grabbing a live cricket when offered, to the delight of her new owner, and tearing into it vigorously. She has been active and happy ever since, and the living environment looks amazing. Thank you for making a little boy and his family very happy 😊

All have turned up next day well looked after healthy I had a call at one point from a lady working packing my spiders and she was very helpful letting me know how the tarantulas were and such really helpful and will definitely be using again and give positive feedback to anyone interested thanks again
