Paid and no product delivered

I bought 3D printed replacement blocks for a Bugaboo handle and the product was never delivered. I sent 2 emails and called a few times and got no response. I have requested a refund and this has still gone unanswered. Terrible customer service and they have basically stolen my money by not delivering a product. Scammers!

It is a real shame to see this review. However, I do hold my hands up to my mistake, due to my lack of communication and I will be learning from them. It is also a shame, that you have missed out the part, where you provided me with the wrong address, and that is the reason you never received your order in the first place.
You have also previously purchased from me, with no issues.

You purchased an order from me on the 20th, I posted out your order on the 21st. You then emailed me on the 23rd letting me know that you had provided me with an incorrect address - I missed this email, as well as your follow up email on the 29th asking for a refund, as you saw on Royal Mail's tracking that it was being returned to me saying there was "no such address". Unfortunately both of these emails went into my spam folder, so I didn't see them. You also tried to call me once on Saturday 26th and left a voicemail. As I am closed on weekends, I missed your call. I also missed your voicemail, as my phone didn't notify me.
I received your parcel back on the 5th October and issued you a full refund the same day.

The missed communications are completely on me, and not the normal level of customer service that I provide. I am truly sorry of the inconvenience this has caused you.
