I needed a good log splitter
I needed a good log splitter, spoke to Dan and 2 hours later was driving back home with the LS600. This machine is great value for money compared with others on the market. I will certainly have no hesitation in buying from Buffalo again.

Using the Buffalo B600 for the last 5
I like to use any purchases for a while before leaving reviews. We bought a Buffalo B600 back in August last year, delivery was quick and all our expectations were exceeded since it has arrived. We have cleared a whole green house and also have dug out the old drive away in the weeks that followed. For the money this has by far been our best purchase last year. Lots of hours saved and also money for the countless times we would have needed to hire a digger. Thanks again, highly recommend Buffalo.

Purchased a mini digger from these guys last week, had amazing service from Dan & Dom who go the extra mile with their customer service which you don’t get a lot from companies these days, could recommend these guys guys anymore!!

The digger has saved us so much time
The digger has saved us so much time, before November we were planting evergreen trees by hand and the digging took up most of our time. We bought a Buffalo B600 digger 3 weeks ago and it’s already saved so many countless hours and back ache. Highly highly recommend Buffalo to anyone, delivery was made within 2 days and communication was perfect. We’ll be looking at the Buffalo SKD700 skid steer next!

Missing user manual & the wrong…
Missing user manual & the wrong information contained within it when it did arrive. Customer service was excellent at addressing the problems but they could be easily avoided with a little more diligence.
Also, for the high cost of delivery I would expect at least a next day service or a fully trackable delivery. As it was, there was no notification when the delivery was due and I almost missed it.

Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to give you an update just in case you were wondering if we were doing anything to improve this - last week we set up a system with our pallet delivery network so that customers have access to tracking with their order number - delivery date and time can now be tracked thanks to your feedback.
Regarding missing user manual on the wood chipper, we have now set up a system with the packing warehouse to make sure manual's are checked before they are sent out :)
Brilliant Service + Machinery
Dom and his team were incredibly helpful from start to finish. The machines are high quality and great value - we look forward to picking up more in the near future.
