There is no specific Rules mention while book a ticket that visa are Cumpolsory for travelling kuwait to abudhabi for travelling india. No boarding for passenger, flight attendant stop passenger for boarding due to Visa for abudhabi, kindly refund me as soon as possible

You replied on 16 May 2026 stating that your team would contact me by phone or email to find a possible solution. However, till today, I have not received any call, email, or proper follow-up from BudgetAir.
This only adds to the frustration and clearly shows a lack of seriousness towards genuine customer concerns. I had already explained that the wrong flight was booked, one infant was traveling with us, and due to this issue our entire group tour was affected. Despite all this, your team neither provided support nor any reasonable resolution.
Making public assurances and then completely failing to follow up is highly unprofessional. I request BudgetAir to immediately review this matter seriously and provide a proper resolution instead of only posting standard responses publicly.
Still waiting for genuine assistance from your side.

I booked my flight 1st time using BudgetAir and it's looks prety good. Though it states that eTicket will be on the way in 4 days but, I received the ticket within 30 mins. This may be little tricky part otherwise, it looks perfect for me.
